Absolutely the worst steak I've ever had. I ordered a dry aged steak it was raw and cold once cut into. They tried to remake it and the next one was burnt to a crisp and with no flavor. Ordered this and made this our celebration spot after our wedding. DO NOT ORDER STEAK FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

We went to SugarBacon for Thanksgiving and had the buffet! It was great! Everyone was able to relax and have a little bit of everything! Service was great also! Really friendly and welcoming!

Thanksgiving buffet was wonderful. I intend to make a reservation for the Christmas buffet and would go there for a meal anytime.

The Thanksgiving buffet was delicious. Great seasonings, meats were moist and tender, lots of food choices. Great price for an AYCE buffet. Friendly server and the GM stopped by for a visit. Looking forward to our next visit.

We went for Thanksgiving brunch- everything was outstanding- the friendliness of the waitstaff, the choice of food, it was a perfect meeting place for family. The decor was nice as well.

Unusual experience at this restaurant. Where service is normally good, we had very poor service this time. The waiter forgot multiple items multiple times and then on top of it charged us incorrectly.

Food was very good. They could out better description of the entrees. Tenderloin pasta was delicious but was very spicy, which no where did it state it was.

The entire experience was exceptional. The waitress recommended the short rib and she was right on the money! Will definitely return soon!

It's 10/24, 6:45pm and I'm still sitting in the booth sharing this...that's how great this place is! The food is amazing and our server, Lissa, has been incredible. A gent, who I believe is the manager, even stopped by to check on us and the experience. He invited us to return for brunch which we will do! Everything has been top tier for a relaxing, quick dinner. Drink menu? Spot on. Appetizers? Get the sugar bacon. And the truffle fries that's Mandatory....even if it doesn't go with your meal, add it to your Starter order. Perfect mix of great flavors, warm service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Already planning my next visit.

Sugarbacon seemed to be a normal brunch location but it was more than that. Great priced meals and a great atmosphere. Service was top notch and every one especially the manager and our waitress definitely made the meal comfortable. I did have to ask about the music because it was not what I was expecting. An eclectic mix of 90s pop, rock and rnb. Even though I was expecting country being that the restaurant is in McKinney, I felt the change up in the music really made this restaurant stand out.

Why would a location take reservations @ 2:30PM, knowing the kitchen is shutting down from 3-4PM? Only brunch menu available on Saturday and Sunday from 10-3PM, but nothing to alert customers when making the reservation. Bartender was oblivious, poured incorrect wine and was inattentive despite being the only two people at the bar. Not a good experience, a waste of time and better experiences can be had elsewhere.

I loved everything about this place. 6 of us and everyone ordered something different. All were happy. Staff was very accommodating and on top of their game. Would definitely return.
