I had a wonderful experience at Sultan’s Restaurant in McKinney, Texas. The food was absolutely outstanding—especially the Kabob Sultani and the Quzi, which were both incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each dish. The portions were generous, and everything was served fresh and hot. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Middle Eastern food in the area, Sultan’s is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

UPDATE: Owner replied lying. You did not offer or add a 20% from the bill. Not only did we pay full price but the bill had added items we did not order which we asked to correct. Regarding the tea and rose. A rose was at every table and tea was served to everyone for free. We only cared for the food we ordered which was not delivered . Please do not lie.
Ordered the 2 people platter and the shish tawook was completely undercooked. We were disgusted but that's okay. Mistakes happen. I wouldn't give a bad review because of that. We told the waiter and he apologized and said it would be fixed right away. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes additional just for the shish tawook the waiter comes out with the incorrect chicken. Not shish tawook but some cheap chicken thighs with different marinade and full of fat. When the owner asked just how the food was I told him we never got the shish tawook he said oh well would you like me to bring that for you. What do you mean??? OBVIOUSLY OR DON'T CHARGE US FOR IT. Feeling embarrassed we said no because by that time all our other food was done and we didn't want to eat anymore. When it was time to pay we were charged for additional items we didn't order at all which made us even more annoyed. Tip for the restaurant instead of being nice to a customer at the beginning and giving free tea just focus on giving people what they order and cook it correctly and don't overcharge and add additional random items on the receipt.

They have really upgraded the restaurant. The seating is much nicer. This is our second time we’re here for Valentine’s Day. With another couple. I got the spicy chicken, which is essentially the chicken kebab off the kebab. The beet salad was good too. Great atmosphere.
