What service. Lol They want you to order on line but it seems like when you do your order never gets seen. I waited 30 min and they just ignore you standing at the counter. Someone came and asked me what I needed looked up something then went back to helping the drive thru. Serenity now. Okay update I finally got help i accidentally ordered at a Taco Bell 8 miles away one I have never been to this is the one I always order at very strange. They would not honor it or help me in anyway just walked off went back to work I had to reorder and repay.

This was the worst dang taco bell I ever had in my life , the bean burrito had NO CHEESE?????
THE TACO MEAT WAS EATERED DOWN NO FLAVOR IT WAS SO HORRIBLE I had already driven off when I bit the taco or I would have gone back .

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience with this black female being on their phone and laughing was so unpleasant that I feel it’s only right to warn others. From the very beginning, their attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of treating me with basic courtesy and respect, they acted like they were doing me a favor just by showing up. The tone they used was rude, dismissive, and full of unnecessary attitude, as if they couldn’t be bothered to do their job or even listen.
When I tried to ask simple questions, I was met with eye rolls, sarcasm, and short, snappy answers. It was clear they had no interest in helping or communicating properly. Their negative energy made the entire interaction uncomfortable and awkward. A little patience and respect go a long way, but apparently, that’s too much to expect here.
To make things worse, when I calmly tried to address the issue and explain how I felt disrespected, they got defensive instead of taking accountability. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation—just more attitude and excuses. It’s disappointing to see someone treat customers or clients this way, especially when respect and professionalism should be the bare minimum.
I honestly don’t recommend dealing with this person at all. There are plenty of other people out there who understand how to treat others properly. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else where you’ll actually be appreciated and respected

The black girl working at the window at 11:30pm had a bad attitude and was on her phone laughing the whole time we were at the window, you can tell she does not care about her job… hire new people!!

I went through the drive thru at this establishment and asked for a bean and cheese burrito which has beans cheese onions and red sauce. My burrito and recipt
We're incorrect ,I took the burrito back and politely asked that they please make me a burrito with red sauce beans and onions and cheese the man In The back a dark tall man spoke in Spanish not knowing I fully understand Spanish says that I asked for the burrito that way and if I wanted another burrito I would have to wait until he made his other food because he says I asked for my burrito the wrong way...I finally got my burrito and when I took a bite red sauce exploded down the front of my shirt...the burrito was nothing but red sauce and onions and cheese not only did I just get off work I spent my last money on this food the service here sucks spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!

Worse experience frfr. Came to get some caramel empanadas and a nacho Bell grande. My order came up to 17 something I gave them an old $20 bill because that’s what I had in my purse. They first told me that they didn’t have change for my $20 bill even though my meal came up to $17 mean and I would only got two dollars and some change back the manager that is sitting there telling the boy that he can’t take my $20 bill they running around till they can’t take my $20 bill and do I have another form of payment instead of checking the 20 to see if it’s real or whatever the case may be I asked for corporate number and all of a sudden they got changed for me. I had to ask three times for receipt then I had to ask them for my water then I leave get all the way home and instead of three caramel empanadas. I had three cinnamon twist after that I came back to the store, asked to speak to the manager. She came up there, looking at me. I picked up the cinnamon twist and looked at the bag and she said oh OK. When changed them I told her she could have the cinema twist back. She said she couldn’t say I’m My empanadas, worst service, nonchalant, employees, and incompetent manager if I can help it, I won’t be back, but this is the one closest to my house. They really need to work on their service.

This location desperately needs new management. Employees eating while preparing food. Texting with the same gloves they use to prepare food. Rubbing their noses with those same gloves.

never going here again after this visit. i visit this taco bell often and usually never have a problem other than the occasional mix up of my food being messed up, but the past two times i went the chips have tasted like bleach to the point where they become completely uneatable and disgusting. i read online this usually happens when the oil they cook them in is rancid, so i gave a curtsey call to let them know that the chips are absolutely disgusting and something’s going on and to also let them know they messed up my order. didn’t really care for the refund, cared more about the fact that my chips taste like chemicals. i spoke to the manager and all she said was “ok” and nothing else. poor customer service and poor attitude. if someone calls about your food tasting like chemicals, you should probably look into that. i’ll be switching taco bell’s as i’m sure it’s just a THIS one problem.

They do not clean properly as their chips taste like chemicals!! They also ALWAYS forget the upgrade items you have to pay for. Go to literally any other TB nearby.

They got our drive thru order wrong. We went back through the line and handed them back the wrong order. They then proceeded to give that order to another customer! After we had already opened the bags and touched the items and realized it wasn't ours! That's so unsanitary! We also had to wait another 20 minutes for the correct order and our typical order tasted terrible. They ruined the burritos.

I never been to a Taco Bell where I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes in a drive thru only to be charged and then told yall are out of the item !! Why did I wait for so long and wasn’t told when I ordered??? Worst slowest service I ever seen ! Ever !!!
