Big disappointment with the bathroom condition. As a customer I shouldn't have to go grab a bunch of wet paper towels and soap to clean your toilet to be able to use it. The bathrooms gross looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever. The worker that came in after me even immediately noticed the toilet clean and was surprised out loud saying oh someone actually cleaned it? The double beef burrito made was a bit small and the tortilla cold and hard on one side.
The remake was about the same just more cheese added and hardly any rice t still with a cold tortilla. It's not that difficult to warm the tortilla. Completely changes the taste. Not interested at all without at minimum the tortilla warmed. 😓

😡 Ugh, worst Taco Bell experience EVER! 🍴 I ordered quesadillas and the cheese was literally raw 🤮‍♂️, not even melted. And don't even get me started on the Bean Chalupa... it had MEAT in it 🤯! I repeated my order THREE TIMES to make sure they got it right. Needless to say, huge disappointment. 1/5 stars wouldn't even recommend 🙅‍♂️.

I was feeling hungry, and wanted to hit up the bell. Ordered through the drive thru, and got straight ATTITUDE from the lady working the speaker. Get up to the window not even a hello or a nothing, I gave the big lady at the window my card and she didn’t even say anything to me. Then hands me my food damn near throwing it at me, and still doesn't say a WORD. Horrible customer service if you ask me. Then I get home open my food and I got JIPPED. I ordered a burrito and all I tasted was the damn tortilla. Ordered some cheese sauce on the side and got it less than half way full AND was runny. How do you mess cheese sauce up that bad??? Then my chicken quesadillas didn’t even have the delicious sauce in it, just straight string cheese and dry chicken. This Taco Bell has always had problems with multiple things. At least make the food good if you’re gonna be disrespectful. You’d have a better chance at just driving the extra 10 minutes down to frisco.

literally zero stars for Service. I order 6 items on the app (4 tacos, 2 stackers) and choose drive-thru pickup and they always send me around to park even when there are no other cars in the drive-thru and no customers in the dining room. it's not taco bells fault because I've been to so many taco bells and it's only this one. their ownership and management are abyssmal and they have higher than average turnover of employees and it's been like this for 15 years. I literally drive out of my way to pick up at other taco bells.

Worse customer service!! There was an employee named Jacob who had the worst customer service. I have ordered three drinks and he refused to give me cups for the drink which is the worse thing that any restaurant can do. Also, when I asked his name he gave me the wrong name and address him manager. This employee needs a write up since your sales will go down if you do not take any action.

Food poisoning and hospital bills from half a burrito at this location. Whole family got sick on Monday 11/10. I’m suing this owner into oblivion.

I swing by here fairly often, and although everyone has been lovely, I just want to give a shoutout to Jacob specifically; late night shifts can be tough but he was very positive and helpful.

We went through the drive-through and ordered four items, only to get home and find three. We called in to the store, the lady took about five minutes to go back-and-forth and gather information, then offered a refund, but said whether we wanted a refund or a replacement, we had to drive back up to the store (it’s 2025, come on….). We went onto the app to submit a complaint, and after we did everything there, we just get an error saying that something went wrong. Repeatedly. Gave up on that after multiple tries. Extremely ridiculous and complicated process after we got screwed to begin with.

I ordered 2 luxe boxes and when I got the food it was all thrown in a bag. Chips everywhere. Chalupa not even wrapped and the shell was hard as a brick. Everything thrown together and you can’t even separate what is what. The bearded guy saw that bag out sauce in It and gave it to me anyway. I’ve never seen anything like this. I would give it negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous and this one is by my house. I will drive the extra 10 miles to 380 to never eat at this place again. Unacceptable

0 star ,,, I got 3 spicy potatoes soft tacos,, and 1 chicken casadia ,,, on spicy potatoes , barely any potatoes. ,, and chicken casadia barely any chicken, and filled with cheese ,,, I wasted my money,, this is the 1st time this crap happened to me

we ordered 5 tacos and they messed all of them up by putting beef in them, we are vegetarian, therefore we do not eat meat, but for us it is also religious that we cant have beef. This is a really big deal for us. we went back and they gave us 5 coupons and an apology, like that would fix a religious problem.
