Cashier was just standing there talking to his friends and vaping while we waited a ridiculously long amount of time for our mobile pickup order. Other workers were just standing around on their phones. There's a couple guys who work the drive thru late at night that are fantastic but everyone else needs to step up their game big time.

I actually can’t describe how horrible my experience was here. First off, I waited in line for 25 minutes and after waiting, i was told to park and they would bring me my order. They proceed to give me the wrong order, and I noticed as soon as she handed it to me so she switched it out. Half of my items were missing and the rest were made incorrectly. She did not put any sauce in the bag, the chips were all crushed at the bottom of the bag.. I called the store back to ask them to remake the order and the woman was incredibly rude and refused. It was a terrible experience overall, avoid this location lol.

They made me come inside to get my food when I did drive thru. They could hear everything I was saying except my name. They were having a conversation with me back and forth but they just could not understand my name when I was literally spelling my name to them. And he was like if you dont like the service dont come back when I was literally begging him politely to give me my food. And asking i dont wanna get out in this heat from my car. I hate this location I would never come back. And the supervisor was the worst.

Excellent location, service was quick, very decent tidy seating area, ordering was easy. Taste is something doesn't get that 5th star, worth for the price we paid.

I had a very bad experience at this location, I was drive through and they asked me to park and someone will run with my food. After waiting for 30 mins I went inside only to find out they missed making our food, they said they will make it now, and 45 mins later no food yet, they said they need manager who can print the order again and than they can make, 1hr the manager returns and they make the food, but miss couple of items. I was asking for refund and they did not encourage it. Will not go to this location again.

They were out of what we ordered, submitted with out letting us know...everything piled in to a bag you cannot even tell what you received, we've been shorted items in the past so we try to check but they make it impossible. This kind of thing has happened so many times, we're finished with this location. Do not go there they mess up and don't even care. The food was ok, but the hassle isn't worth it.

The employee at the drive-thru window was unhelpful, unprofessional, and more focused on joking around with coworkers than assisting customers. When we asked for a refund due to the delay and mistakes, they suddenly claimed the food was ready—only after we had already requested the refund. The entire situation was frustrating and poorly handled

Customer service was horrible today (4/26/25 around 7:30pm). I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up in the drive through lane. I am told to park and wait. I parked and went inside so he doesn't have to come out.
After waiting for twenty minutes when I asked how long will it take? The person who took the orders started yelling at me and telling me all kinds of words.
If you are the manager or owner of this place you need to talk to this guy. It was a horrible experience.
