I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell customer for years, but my experience today was unacceptable. When I grabbed a few sauce packets (as I always do), the manager came up behind me and accused me of stealing because I hadn’t added them to my order. She was incredibly rude and made me feel uncomfortable over something so small.

I arrived to pick up my app order and they said it was already picked up. I showed them my app that said “ready”, I showed them my capital one bank transaction, and my email confirmation for my order. This is the most evidence and documentation any human has ever provided for Taco Bell. At this point the correct thing to do would be to make the order. But the rude lady (not sure if manager) spends 5 minutes talking in circles with me acting like it was physically impossible to make the food that I had paid for and proved I paid for. The rude lady told me to sit outside and fill out customer support forms on the app which did not have an accurate option for my situation. After a while a nice gentlemen came out with my food. This is what should have happened from the start, and it only took 20 minutes and their fear that I would block the drive-thru out of spite.

DO NOT GO LATE! They will charge you, then tell you they’re closed early. This location will straight up rob you out of your money.

I don’t know what happened to this location. I have been coming here for years and they had good workers until this new guy. They have a black guy working and he’s completely incompetent. I had to repeat myself 5 times before they had someone else take his place. When i pulled to the window, he had such an attitude and made me repeat myself AGAIN. I waited 30 min for my food and there was no line… I then came home with my food and it was all wrong. They should have some accommodations for the hard of hearing and not put them on the mic for drive thru. They need to fire that sassy guy.

I waited extremely long for my order just for them to have forgotten to give it to us. We placed an online order. I’m extremely frustrated as I just got off work and am pregnant. Boyfriend and I are extremely pissed off, as we come to this location often. I get being busy but how do you just completely forget about an order after telling us to wait in the front after going through the drive thru? Do better and train your employees better.
Drivers face the risk of deactivation or job loss if they click "leaving" prematurely and then wait for the store to make, pack, and hand over the order. This process places the driver in a difficult position, as they also have a limited timeframe to deliver the order. Failure to adhere to these timeframes can result in deactivation or job loss.
It is crucial that drivers do not confirm and select the "leaving" option until they have received the complete order. The purpose of confirming the order is to acknowledge that the driver has received the entire order, including any necessary drinks. The "leaving" option should be selected once the driver is in their vehicle and ready to proceed to the destination.
It is unacceptable for employees to demand that drivers confirm and select the "leaving" option prematurely. Delivery drivers operate under strict time constraints, and any delays or issues can negatively impact their performance and earnings. Drivers must arrive at the store promptly, as even a long stoplight can result in losing the order.
Upon arrival, drivers are responsible for picking up the order and verifying that it is complete. Only after this verification should any confirmation actions be taken. It is the store's responsibility to have the order ready at the scheduled pick-up time and to hand it over to the driver. While it is appropriate for employees to request confirmation once the order is picked up, it is overstepping to demand it upon the driver's arrival.
I kindly ask that you educate your employees to treat delivery drivers with respect and courtesy. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly, and they deserve to be treated fairly. I hope that, moving forward, this respectful attitude will be maintained to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

All of their fried products are not good (Mexican pizza, chalupa…) They use bad oil. Multiple visits and multiple bad experiences.

It seems like the taco shells are always old and crumble everywhere when you bite into them. Kind of a petty thing to be bothered by but it tells me that their stuff is not fresh.
I think they are chinsey on the meat.
I’ve ordered chicken quesadillas in the past, and there was almost nothing inside of it lol.
The sodas taste water down as well. I wish there was a different Taco Bell close by me, but there isn’t. If there was, I’d go somewhere else.
Also, why does the sour cream always go into one spot at the end of a supreme Doritos locos taco? Why can’t it be spread out just a little bit? But that’s any Taco Bell you go to. You get one mouthful of sour cream at the end of the taco, which is not bad but would prefer it to be spread out.

Lady taking orders at the drive-thru was a bit impatient and she needs to slow down. Wasn’t even done when giving my order, but decided to give my total. When I did finish, my total was $8.10. Gave her $20.10. She gave me back $6 and no receipt. Has to tell her that I gave her a $20 bill….asked for hot sauce….didnt get that either nor did I get napkins or a straw for my drink. Terrible service man.
