This has got to be the worst location out of every taco bell in Texas. First off I stood in line for over 5 minutes with employees walking by and no one acknowledged me. Only when I turned around to see how many people where actually in the restaurant waiting for food is when I saw the kiosk. So fine, I went to order at the kiosk and took a seat to wait for my food. 25 mine later I finally get my bagged food that I ordered for dine in.. At this point I was already annoyed and decided I will just take it and eat in my car. Why did I get in the car and my fries where cold like they had been sitting out all day. My nachos that I PAID for extra meat, no beans came with extra beans and regular amount of meat. If I didn't have to go back to work I would have marched right back in there and asked for a full refund. This place is horrible.

It has been about 40 mins and we still don’t have our order. This place is not even busy, just a handful of customers. The staff fails to communicate why it is taking them this long to get our food ready. When I asked about our order, the staff wouldn’t even respond. Please don’t go to this place.

The lady who took the order didn’t replace meat with beans instead she charged extra for beans in each chalupa for 4 orders. Simply ridiculous
By far the worst experience ive ever had, food was bad, service was awful and staff was rude. The whole order was awful; my husband ordered 2 cheesey double beef burritos and was nothing but rice, no meat and very little cheese; mexican pizza looked good on top but was mostly beans and hardly any meat. The taco i ordered is almost 6$ the shell was broken had hardly anything inside. I went to speak to manager about it and instead of fixing the problem she tried to extort more money out of me to get the product I asked for. Even showed her and image of what its to look like. She proceeded to tell me come and look at how the process is done. This store needs a reset and new staff or they need to be trained properly 🤔.

Drive thru took about 10-15 min per car just to take an order, and when we did order, they didn’t have half the things on their menu…6pm on a Sunday. Plus staff was rude. Just awful!

I don’t understand for a simple order 4 items for drive through pick up getting delayed 30+ mins and staff asked us to wait.. plus staff refused to cancel order due to their inefficient and rude behavior.

no one took my order so I order on the kiosk waited 14 mins and still didn’t get my food when I asked them how long it was gonna be the little girl in the drive through had the worst attitude ever told me well we have to take care of drive through first.!!!!! What do u mean so if that’s the case close down your seating area lock the doors I ordered the most simplest thing ever 3 regular crunchy tacos I asked for corporates number and the little girl said we don’t have a corporate..!!! So they refused to give me any information no manager on site no manager information nothing when I left they had 7ppl inside just waiting for an order or to even attempt to order as there was 0 employees in the front please review the cameras and see how they run this store by far the WORST TACO BELL I can see why this store has been giving 1 star reviews by several ppl within the past month 1 month and ever review is negative the new manager gotta go and all of the nasty attitude ppl
