Don't like writing bad reviews. Third time in a row i have been missing items. I call the store and nothing. Just irritated because I work in the service industry and I understand one time, maybe two, but check the items. Missing a party quest Dillard, party taco, literally everything that comes with the party platter as well. Food tastes good, atmosphere is fine, but driving 25 minutes home to constantly be disappointed is upsetting.

Parking lot has a large potwnole for longtime. Men's bathroom handle had been broken for a quite sometime.
We needed a quick lunch, and this fit the bill. I had a bean burrito and some red sauce from their salsa bar, and it was pretty good. If I lived in the area, I would definitely return.

Bueno is one of the best quick serve Tex-Mex eateries around. The food is always fresh and prepared with care. I've been going to this location since I was a kid. It's always been pretty well maintained. With rare exception the staff is always courteous and attentive.

I went to the drive through to get my wife and I dinner about 9 pm. I had to tell the driver through how I wanted my food twice and it was still wrong when I got home and could not eat anything but the bueno chilada. I asked twice for no lettuce or tomatoes and the tacos were covered it them. My wife's tostada was burnt she couldn't eat it, the quesadilla was hard and when they threw the salsa in the bag it broke open and spilled all over the packaging. This was the worst service we ever got here and will not be back.
