Rolled up at 9:53 on a Friday night- one car ahead of me. Sat at the speaker til 9:55 then decided to pull around.. car in front of me already gone. Sat there at window for 30 seconds then honked: said hello? Don’t you close at 10, they just stared at me. The gentleman got my order and huffed and puffed. Took 6 min to get my mexi rips and chips… maybe don’t have an open sign on or help the person right in front of me if you’re gonna act like your closed!

Sometimes the food just isn’t made the same as other places. When I order a burrito it’s all hard or comes across grilled or something when I don’t even request it. I’m not sure why some tortillas are hard when I order something as simple as a bean burrito.

There were hardly any beans on my bean burrito and my nachos had nothing but lettuce, barely a little meat

The food tastes good but literally every time I drive through they forget a side or something. Starting to think it’s done on purpose, especially since they don’t give me a receipt either so I can’t check if I paid for it or not. Always check your bag.

Waited 10min to be greeted at the counter then waited an additional 20min for food. The employees had beats headphones on, bobbing their heads to music the entire time and their body movements were strangely slow. They had no interest in doing their job and messed up several items on my order. The drink area and the salsa bar were also very messy and had not been cleaned in some time. The other Allen location is great, do not go to this one. It will likely be out of business soon.

I have been eating here often lately. It is very hit or miss. I agree with others the staff here are very odd.
The only complaint I had about this location was outside on the speaker I could hear a echo which made it impossible to hear what they were saying inside. The food was hot, basically scolding hot which is much better than cold, and it was cooked perfectly. I didn't go inside the establishment so I'm not sure how dirty it actually is. But the food is good and they got my order correct, with the exception of added sauce to one of the burritos that I asked to remove, and they didn't provide napkins in the to go order I am addicted to Taco Bueno so it's really hard for me to give a bad rating for the franchise.
Worst employees ever. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL (can't be bothered to even acknowledge a customer)
It will be closed soon. I've been back several times, grew up on Bueno, won't go back to this one, reached out to Corp, which I never do, and just crickets.

There were only two people running the entire restaurant. I hate to give a low rating on service but they were doing all that they could.
Taco Bueno used to be really good for inexpensive Mexican food. The food quality has gone so far down, and it's no longer inexpensive. They hire people that really just don't care one way or the other. It's sad.
Every time I come here, I never get the salsa I ordered. I specifically said I wanted salsa and they never include it. I won't be coming to this location anymore. The restaurant on Stacy in Allen is much better.
Food poisoning. Check your kitchen ASAP
