I went there when it first opened it was so cold inside I had to take my food to the car and eat even I asked them to turn down the a/c twice. I went today went inside stood at counter for a few minutes till the guy came out from back he hardly spoke had two separate orders he did the 1,st order rang it up and walked away he went to drive thru I had to call him back over to place second order hardly spoke kind of grunted. I noticed that he was replacing the empty gacamole on the line and that he had no gloves on you could have contanimanition and then he finished my order handed my food to me and did not say anything. These people want 20.00 an hour and have no manners and act like they don't want to be there.. I will definitely not go back here and let other people not to go there and do not see how this place stays open.

I bought a beef burrito and pinto and cheese. I got a super greasy burrito and super salty beans. This is the worst Taco Bueno anywhere. Poor. Service and it's in a good location right off of hwy 121. The people who work here probably hate their jobs...blah

I went to the drive through tonight, but have gone inside as well. This is the best ran Bueno I’ve personally been to. The staff is always nice and gets my order accurate. Food always taste good and is quick.

I usually love taco bueno. This was not it. I guess the tortilla steamer was broken because all my items were toasted on a new side. The portions seemed skimpy, (I have no context on the exact amounts they are supposed to be just comparing to other stores). posting to help out the GM here but it seemed over staffed at the time I arrived so the employees were mostly just on their phone. I went through the drive through.
