Tacos El Gordo

My friend was dumb, put too much spicy salsa on his taco, and was struggling to breathe. The ladies were so kind and brought him cups of water and horchata to alleviate his self inflicted pain.

Ordered a torta of Al Pastor and was told that was the better option of the meats. It didn’t have much flavor and very little meat. The service was really good and the place is beautiful just needs some work on the flavors.

Maybe not the most flavorful or intense tasting tacos.
But the most authentic for damn sure. The taste is extremely light and addictive. The tacos don’t feel like they fatten you up. And yet the flavor is the best I’ve ever tasted in McKinney and practically north of Plano.
Portions might be small but price is very cheap. 2.25 a taco is so good. Everywhere else is 3 dollars at least.
Thank goodness it’s close to home 🙏🙏

The most inconsistent restaurant I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never experienced a place that claims to be open but is closed during posted hours more than three times. I’ve visited multiple times during their stated operating hours, only to find them closed. The lack of reliability is unacceptable—extremely disappointing.

Good authentic but not that tasty. The burrito needed more seasoning..

We had lunch here today. I would not come back here. First, that’s not even fajita and second, these are not even tacos haha. Change the name to Tacos el Flaco, no kidding. No, I do not recommend this place.
