We love the snow cones but today we got there at 7:49pm a were told “next time come earlier” website says closed at 9pm sign says closed at 8pm not 7:49pm. Terrible customer service if you don’t like your job fine another. You picked it!!!\\~

Friendly staff. I ordered a banana flavor and asked for more syrup and they complied. Thank you it was very delicious! I love snow cones! Go take the family to TC shaved Ice and enjoy a snow cone. Reasonably priced

They take way too long, then after she scanned my card she told me that they charge extra with card which is something she should've told me before taking my card, then I asked for a reciept and they gave me a dumb excuse why they couldn't give it to me, then her dad started assuming I don't speak English and I told him I understand English too and he said oh well I didn't know because you gave me a look like you didn't understand me. Terrible customer service, I will not be coming here again. I don't recommend
