The rice was dry! The playing was horrible, it was rice everywhere. The chicken was really big. I wouldn’t go back.

As always, everything was amazing. We moved out of Princeton and we will still make the drive to get our favorite hibachi! The egg rolls are ? perfection. They are such sweet people and never seem to forget a face!
Visited this location on a Saturday and expected better based on the reviews. I got Chicken Teryaki and hibachi noodles. The noodles were the best part of this meal and were flavorful. The chicken was very dry but you get a decent amount for the price. The veggies were not all seasoned, half had sauce/seasoning and half didn’t. The rice was grainy and tasted like it was sitting under a good warmer for too long.

Had highest expectations for this food truck different kind of cuisine than most food trucks I’ve seen. The noodles tasted great the best part of the meal. My only dislike was that the chicken/ veggies smelled like something else was cooked before really fishy taste. Overall customer, service owners or employees were really great / friendly.

Delicious food, the salmon was cooked perfectly crispy, shrimp was juicy, and the rice was great. The steak was tender but not as flavorful as desired and the eggrolls were just ok. I’ll absolutely be back!
The salmon was the best. It was crispy and perfectly cooked. The shrimp was juicy and flavorful. The steak was tender however it could have used a little more seasoning besides pepper. No complaints about the rice but the noodles were a little under cooked. The vegetables were delicious. Egg rolls were mediocre and it was my first time trying the Tako Yaki. It was very doughy with not much octopus inside, too soft for my liking. I was told it had cabbage inside however I never tasted any. I will probably never try it again. It was just ok. Overall the portions size was very generous.
