We arrived around 10 PM and had a very disappointing experience. My boyfriend ordered his steak medium rare, but it came out well done. After sending it back, we waited again only to have a different steak brought out and placed on the table undercooked. By that point it was about 15 minutes before closing and he still didn’t have a properly cooked steak. We spent nearly an hour total waiting just for one steak to be cooked correctly. We ended up paying and leaving frustrated. Very disappointed with the experience

i have ordered to-go from this location 4 times this year, and 3 out of the 4 times they have forgotten the extra 1/2 dozen or full dozen order of rolls i pay the additional $3 or $5 for. i have been naive enough to not check INSIDE the bread bag as they (usually) pack your order in front of you, but man. as if losing money wasn’t bad enough, realizing i wouldn’t have extra scrumptious rolls for breakfast hit worse. to the peeps who order to-go: make sure you get all your rolls, ESPECIALLY if you paid for more!
regardless of this though, this location is great. the to-go specialists/servers are always so sweet and offer a fountain drink when i have been waiting for a while. they deserve ten stars. since my money didn’t get me extra rolls, i hope it went to tipping and taking care of those kind souls <3
