I was surprised with how busy this was at 4:45 afternoon. Staff was polite and the food arrived in a timely manner. The only small glitch was the bill came out lacking the early dinner discount. I was able to get the managers attention and she corrected the problem quickly and without any issue.

Very busy restaurant at 5 pm on a Saturday night, but the staff was well equipped to handle to many patrons. Our server, Vanessa, was excellent, was attentive without being bothersome, brought extra beverages without being asked, brought extra fresh baked bread with our appetizers.Potato skins were ok but not great, I feel they rushed them a bit and could have cooked the cheese a bit longer, they definitely didn't look like the picture on the menu, but they were good enough. The blooming onion was good also.We ordered a slab of ribs to share and they were delicious, definitely fall off the bone tender, but also not mushy. I got a side kick off shrimp as well and were fantastic. The steak my daughter ordered was cooked perfectly. I do wish they had smaller portions of the higher quality steaks, we ordered an 8oz sirloin and it's just not as tender as the rib eye steaks we cook at home. She loved the Mac and cheese side dish, she's very picky so that's a huge plus for me.We don't eat out very much as we cook all our meals at home and my kids are very picky about what they eat, they refuse to touch fast food, so eating out is very hit or miss.Overall a great experience and I would definitely go again.Parking: It's on the outskirts of a mall, so there's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly eating options with right sized portions.

Our family favorite. The McKinney location is well managed with a trained staff that exceeds expectations. The steaks are consistently premium cuts that compare with more upscale places at three times the price. The reception can be jammed-up, but this is a small inconvenience for a terrific overall experience.

Great food, great customer service, rustic feeling, and good country music soaking the atmosphere. The bread rolls are to die for and make you get a second serving even if it means you get a takeaway for you main meal.Wait time was pretty short on this Saturday afternoon even though it was a full house. Food takes about 15 mins to come, so prepare for that. The full ribs is a recommendation. It's a juicy experience of tender bone detaching yummy ribs.

Chicken was not overcooked and nothing was smothered in salt. Rice was very flavorful.Honey butter and hot rolls!!! Speaks for itself. Scary good. Lots of calories. lolSandy (manager) was very visible and stopped by all tables. Well trained staff both front of house and back of house. This Texas Roadhouse had amazing service and got our steaks out incredibly fast and cooked to perfection. They were amazing for being sirloin. I was highly impressed!
