My God, it had been a long time since I had such terrible food. My husband and I had simple dishes catfish and shrimp basket and a turkey club. We also had the crackers and cheese appetizer. The amount of salt in our main dishes were unbearable. The catfish had a hard shell of coating and extremely salty, my sandwich was also salty, I can't tell if it was the turkey or the bacon. But we couldn't eat half of the dish. Service was great, I believe our waitress was Lisa. Very hospitable and friendly. I had a frose drink that truly had alcohol and was pretty good. The only 2 reasons I gave 2 stars. The ambiance was also nice. But our bill was $75 that wasn't worth it at all.

Heard great things but our reality was very different. Many service folks standing around talking and texting while we waited for menus. Had to flag our server to come take our order. This was an early afternoon lunch so the place was not busy. Food was ok but not above average. Table was not bussed / cleaned correctly from prior users. Food delivered but no utensils or napkins provided. Strange looking non-functional fans on our table, ketchup empty. We don't anticipate a return visit anytime soon.

We brought our dog on a Friday just when they opened for lunch. He's big and can scare people who don't know him so we asked to be seated away from a busy area. They found us the perfect spot where he could relax in the shade with a bowl of water.
The black bean burger was great and my husband enjoyed his hamburger. Our waiter was very attentive. We'll be back.
Genuinely one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. With many cookie cutter type restaurants and chain across the world, The yard offers a unique experience and atmosphere as well as a unique menu. From Buffalo shrimp to Hamburgers to ribeye tacos every single meal on this menu is delicious. The waffle fries are to die for, they are the best waffle fries in the state if not country. You can always count on the food to be delicious. I have tried retired items on the menu such as the hotdog and chicken fried steak to the newer items they are al delish. Coming here is coming to security because you can always count on the food and the environment to be great no bad surprises just good delicious familiarity.

My 2 sisters and I were travelling back from an adventure and needed a snack. I remembered from when my son went to fire academy this place so we stopped in. Even though it was 2 appetizers they were phenomenal! The full menu is delicious (from past experiences!)

Great atmosphere, I love the outdoor seating as it makes the place feel very inviting! But the food is very meh. The shareables are pretty good like the nachos, but the burger was one of the worst I’ve had at a restaurant this size. Same goes for the fries and the elote. Great place to get a drink at though, but if you get food I’d stick to nachos!
