The food here was great. Brought my family here and the service was impeccable. Irene took our order and was very helpful & professional. Gavin did a wonderful job making sure we had what we needed at our table and more, he really did a great job and was also very professionak; especially since it was busy and he seemed to be the only one running food - if i had cash to tip him i would've! Will be back.
Irene was silly, patient with our big order and changes - helpful with some of of decisions - smiley and cute - and she had a sweet voice, but you could still hear her over the noisy room
Torchy's Mckinney is awesome! I ordered catering for pick up, including fajitas, queso, tea for 30 people (business associates luncheon). Not only was the food amazing, it also came with everything you need; cups, ice, forks, plates (boats), napkins, serving utensils, etc.
The staff including the owner and the manager, were so helpful, informative... and really nice! We will definitely order catering again from Torchy's in Mckinney!
