Enjoyed great lunch specials very fresh sushi/ sashimi combo with miso soup & salad. They also serve grilled meat. Busy lunch spot 80% filled with brisk takeout orders. Service was quick & friendly. 1 block from gorgeous Adriatic lake walk paths for dates or me time.

Umai Sushi offers a calm, understated sushi experience that feels refreshingly authentic. We ordered a mix of rolls, appetizers, and cocktails, and overall the quality was solid. The fish tasted fresh, the rolls were well balanced, and the appetizers complemented the meal nicely without feeling like filler. The hot sake were prepared well and paired comfortably with the food, adding to an unhurried, relaxed evening rather than turning it into a rushed dinner stop.

This place was great though a little tough to find because of the weird parking situation but I've you get in, the food is fantastic. Tons of sushi options among other items and the service is great too.
