The food and service used to be so good. Now the service is subpar and the food has been cold and bland. Two weeks ago when we came I ordered crab cakes, they came soggy and frozen in the middle. The server had told me they were fresh. Then we came today, I ordered the fish and chips. The fries came cold and the fish tasted like it was frost bitten and stale. My son likes their hamburger and I like yo support local business so I have tried to keep coming, but it’s just not worth it price.I am not sure if get are under new ownership or struggling financially, but there has been a huge change in quality and service.

Ordered via uber eats, we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was just okay. The chicken was bland. However, I was horrified when my child asked if the burger was supposed to look like it did! Needless to say it was raw!!! Eat here at your own risk!

Came in on a whim with the inlaws for my wife's birthday. We all had the Ribeye or Filet and we're all very happy with it. Excellent meal at an excellent price. Great wines to pair. We'll be back.

I’d like to start with the food. Always a great experience. Good portions and comes out hot. The service tonight however really was sub par. Our waitress brought out drinks one at a time after taking our order, left us sitting for long periods of time without checking and occasionally was nowhere to be found. My wife had to actually get up at one point after we had our food to ask for silverware for the entire table. The experience was lackluster at best and the waitress would often start walking away without taking the entire tables drink order so we had to wait until she came back much later. Just to get our appetizer order in took 40+ minutes. The last round of drinks actually had an extra beer which we had not ordered as well. What shocked me the most and I’ve been there many times before was the mandatory 20% service charge this time. I’ve never had that placed on my bill before and after such poor service tonight did not feel that was fair. I also can’t find anywhere on the menu or website stating a service charge will be added for any specific reasons which left me feeling slighted. Rather than make a scene or make anyone in my party uncomfortable I decided to just pay the bill. Unfortunately I will probably not be recommending this venue any more.

I was given food here by a close friend. I believe what I received was a truffle burger and it was just bland. I was intrigued by the idea of it but the bread was too thick. Felt like I was just eating a thick loaf of bread with a burger. Not only that the bread was so dry. The fries were meh and everything overpriced.
