Dante was on the grill and cooked us up a great dinner, asked us about our day, and made sure everything we ordered came out the way we wanted. Paula was a sweetheart and kept our drinks full and took good care of us. Waffle House in great in general, but this one in McKinney is top-notch.
Best waffle house around! Staff is friendly and chatty and the food always comes quickly.

The food hits the way it always has and the ambiance is the sticky, not fully clean but not dirty, welcoming warmth that you’ve always known.
However we went at 4 pm one day, no other tables. They got our order wrong. No harm no foul, but I did have to send mine back because it was nothing like I ordered.
It was promptly fixed, so no issue.
