Walked in to dine and stood at the counter from 7:10pm to 7:25pm trying to get someone's attention so I could place an order. I finally gave up after being seen but ignored. The lady behind me was finally helped 5 minutes after I walked out as I was sitting in my truck taking a phone call and then typing this. I was not ugly or mean, even smiled and waved at the person on the fry station. I walked next door to Long John Silver's... Really wanted Wendy's though.

I’ve been coming to Wendy’s for 38 years for their Chili made from the scraps of left over onions and hamburgers from the day before. I think it taste good on a cold day. I really like the value because of the refills they give you when ordering a bowl. I came to this location and was denied a refill. They said that this has never been a policy and the denied me a refill. I’ve eaten at Wendy’s nationwide and never denied a refill. I would suggest not eating here for two reasons. 1). They don’t give refills on chili like every Wendy’s I’ve been to for 38 years. 2) I have the feeling that this location was going to spit or put something nasty in my chili after I raised a fuss. Warning! Do not make these employees mad or you might just get the dried dead flies from their window sill in your food.

My husband ordered a single burger at the drive through and they charged him $6.70 for it. He questioned it but the guy said nothing. The guy checking him out in the 11am hour today did not give him a receipt either. So he thinks somebody there is pocketing the money. Really bad.

So I decided to eat Wendy's after 10yrs . I ordered the asiago chicken sandwich and 2 regular chicken sand. I admit both of the sandwiches were good. The asiago cheese is very nice, and the bacon is just a bit over cooked . The filet chicken is on point. I think the ranch was nice. They just need to cut back on how much they use. Over all 4 stars. ?? not going to wait another 10yrs to try them. I'll keep you all update when I try it again. God bless

The absolute worst experience. The manager must really hate her life and it shows! Very disrespectful and outright obnoxious when we pointed out our order was wrong. Our burgers were supposed to have bacon, but they did not. The frosty was like chocolate milk instead of being frozen. Instead of refunding our money, she said to contact our bank! Well duh! Already done! Beware of this location! If they make a mistake, they will not make it right. Read the other reviews!
