This Wendy's experience was quick and easy. They got the order correct the 1st time. As well as the person at the window making sure that we had all The condiments that was needed for our exact order. I think it's worth mentioning that although it is đââïž fast food, I'm grateful that they have Baked Potatoes đ„ it is an overall healthier choice when you have a Cardiovascular Disease and you're sodium intake can make or break you. Also I've been to this Wendy's multiple times and they are aware and attentive to my individual needs in regards to my individual order.

After spending almost $20 at this establishment, they proceed to tell me that I couldnât get any dipping sauces unless I paid .54 because I didnât buy nuggets.

I went to this location at lunch and ordered the spicy chicken. I wasnât happy with my sandwich because I wasnât aware it didnât come grilled. I thought Wendyâs had a grilled sandwich. The manager on duty was so nice enough to suggest the Asiago and replaced my sandwich with the Asiago. I was so happy they didnât get upset with me for changing my order after it was already made. Thank you to the staff and manager for being so nice.
They maybe get my mobile order correct about 1 out of 4 times. Asked for no tomato, go no lettuce either. Got a kids cheeseburger, came with bacon for no particular reason. Not impressed lately with the lack of attention at these fast food places in Texas!

The fries were hot and the shake was cold ..just like the crappy dried dried out bread and cold meat
Most of the time I get good food and service here. The service is always great. Om this occasion I stopped by to get a Biggie Deal breakfast. I ordered a Sausage muffin, and what I got was a totally unheated muffin split with a cold cooked sausage patty and a cold piece of cheese. The grackles in the parking lot enjoyed it! It was too nasty for me to eat!

The poor review of this Wendyâs is based solely off of the women of this establishment. Mistakes happen and thatâs beside the point when the attitude is just unprofessional. I wish knew names but the lady manager on duty should essentially be held accountable because of her response and poor leadership to an improperly made order. Thanks and 5 stars to the hospitable gentleman taking drive thru orders however BOH & FOH need a bit of assistance.
