2 times I've been- 1st time took them like 15 mi to get my hamburger after the rest of food got to me. I stood there at the counter snd everyone ignored me.Then I went last Saturday and I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a lemonade and a coke.I get there snd they give me everything butbthe lemonade So I wait, and they just ignore me till I finally say "oh I'm missing a drink. "I stead of saying oh! We missed rh a t here let's ring you up"Was "I didn't charge that"Well... my kid needs a drink, so.. can you please charge me?? Like clueless behavior.I won't be coming back.Plus jr cheeseburger, small fry, and 2 drinks almost 10 bucks. Not worth it.

ARE YALL TRYING TO FOOD POISON ME !!!!!!!!! Plus the baconator is a $1 cheese burger from McDonald with 3 pieces of bacon for 10x the price!!!!!!!!Update later today, my mouth is starting to feel weird, might be something to do with the food and I had to get rid of it before my kids grabbed itn

As an HR executive, it pained me to see how Monica, the manager was treating the employees in front of the customers. She manages by intimidation and it is unacceptable. I was even more shocked to see that her boss, Mr. Israel was there listening to her and did nothing. She is a bully!! I would have fired her on the spot.
