Everything tasted hours old, strange for an order at 1130 on a Saturday morning. Must have served me leftovers from the day before, but still charged me the insanely high full price. Day old bread gets a discount; day old Wendy's needs an even bigger discount. Food that costs this much cannot taste this old and stale.

Going to Wendy's at 11:21 in the evening I understood that I needed to order my patties with no salt to ensure their freshness my bun was cold it seems like the Patty had been sitting there forever it had salt on it no one answered the phone when I got home to call they made us pull around as if they were making everything fresh and the only thing fresh was the prize they also charged me $2 for a something called a strawberry cup which I did not order at all and was not in the bag this Wendy's is trash and I will not be back

The general mngr was very rude I asked for fresh fries when I made my almost 50 order then when they gave me my food the fries were cold when I asked the general mngr for fresh fries she snatched them of my tray and then gave me fresh fries with a attitude she was very rude and gave off raciest vibes I was just trying to have a meal with my kids who I don’t get to see very often and she completely ruined it for me and she was very rude to her mngr and crew as well I will never come back here and I wish I never would have came here the general mngr name is Oneida! It was all on camera 9/8/25 at 8pm

Worst experience I ever had received today……. I was ignored and laughed at . I had to leave without getting food after waiting 15mins
Not my usual location this is on Virginia Parkway in McKinney. Very nice manager good service, newer Wendy's I ordered a Jr Bacon cheeseburger and a medium ice tea, mobile order drive thru pickup. Please explain how my sandwich got screwed up, I ordered, add ketchup, extra onion extra pickle extra lettuce, which by the way I paid for. No onion, no extra anything, on it. And no ketchup. I did order extra bacon and they did manage to get that right. The tea was not fresh, I threw that out within a mile from leaving the location. People that don't drink tea on a regular might accept it and drink it, but they know they aren't suppose to sell day old, if you don't sell an entire container in a day, make 1/2 check it at noon make more if you have too. Nothing more aggravating then food not made the way you ordered and paid for it and tea that is no good. Lack of training and management. I will stick to my Wendys on 380 near Providence Village.

This is the third time I've been to this location and we've never had any issues with the food or the service. Today we did drive thru instead of going inside like we usually do but I did order in the app ahead of time. It was all correct and delicious. So whatever issues they had previously seem to have been corrected. The guys at the window were friendly as well.

Ordered a double with bacon through carry out. They charged for the bacon but did not put it on. When I called they said they did not have time to make it. They took the info and offered another meal. When I called in the boy that answered started the order. A woman supervisor got on the phone and said I went somewhere else and that I was trying to rip them off. Lost a customer for life.
