How can corporate wendy's allow this franchise owner to operate such a nasty restaurant? This location is doing serious damage to the Wendy's name. We all understand the staffing shortage, but McDonalds, Whataburger etc. all have young staff. The management at this location is not qualified to operate a fast food restaurant. We go out of our way to to wendys now. We can't ever visit this one again.....

I got the wrong burger and there was no other cars tha cashier a young black kid didn't say a word other than how how much it was no napkins I am a franchise for a fast food restaurant I would not hire someone like this guy overall Awful experience

Watched a manager (I think Rosie?) take back food a customer had returned and give it to another customer. Disgusting and unsafe. Also she was yelling at the employees, I feel so bad for them!

Horrible Manger and her name is Lou. She scheduled an interview with my son, let my son waited for over 40 minutes, when the fast food was empty, and had one of her staff telling my son to come back since she's busy.
You treated a young child who's innocently looking for a job but you treated my child like an animal. Ms. Lou, you should reflect on your behavior that day and how you treated my son time for the interview. Look into the mirror and reflect on yourself if that's human being or one sorry life you are living. I wish you the best Lou and please do not treat another child who come for an interview like my child.

What’s the point of asking for sauce if yall aren’t even going to provide any??? Also my burger patty looked like it was cooked 10 times over.
Avoid at all costs! They are sooooooo slow, nonchalant when it takes 30-45 minutes to fill a single order, the dining room is a disaster, napkins, ketchup, etc is always out of stock. Not sure why anyone would visit this location for a second time.

I wish 0 stars was a thing ROSALIA is very very disrespectful and was rushing me to order I didn’t even wanna give them the time or day but my niece really wanted Wendy’s then they ran out of regular chicken nuggets as a Manger you should’ve told us while we were ordering that y’all ran out or that I had to wait for 4 pieces of chicken nuggets again she was very rude and was rushing me

The bar is so low for fastfood that you can shuffle over it yet this location got the shovel to make sure they could did under it.

It doesn’t take more than a few seconds to see how horribly managed this location is. I’ve been here a few times because it is close and I regret it everytime. The drive through is usually a 10-15 minute wait, they get your order wrong everytime and lately the taste has significantly changed with almost rotten tasting potatoes. It’s a shame because I love Wendy’s … this location is the worst.
