We went to try the famous Whataburger, it is not for me I personally prefer Inn n outs burger but I did like their chicken fajitas and their chicken.
I was walking in to get my delivery on January 3rd 2025 with my family that I haven’t seen and we came in got our food and realized we didn’t get the fries. So we came in to get the fries with the online receipt with date and time and this younger aged white manager with curly hair said it would not work and we needed a “real” receipt. Meanwhile the other work told him to his face that they had it ready and forgot to give it to us and we were accused of trying to steal fries from whataburger. The audacity of this man. Whataburger needs to do better. Very dissapointing. I’m sorry but if I can rate this 0 stars I would

Do not come here. They are extremely slow. It should not take over 30 minutes for an order. Also how do you have someone wait that long and you still get the order wrong. Then was told that they were out of what I order after sitting here this long, ridiculous!!!!. Not coming back here. Need better management!!!!!
Terrible service I ordered on the app and still have to wait in the parking lot to the point. I had to walk inside the store to get my food. It took over 45 minutes For two meals and the store wasn’t busy at all. I recommend going to the Whataburger on Custer the drive may be further but you can still get your food sooner

We have 2 whataburgers near us. This one is the bad one, but it was next to the drug store so I gave it one more shot. That was a mistake. 15 mins after placing my order, and 10 mins after getting my food, I still had no drink. I had cold food but no drink. It's always something at this particular whataburger, so we stopped coming here. I should've stayed away.

If you want your order right don’t come to this sorry excuse for a whataburger. Every single time they mess something up. Every single time! Without fail it’s ridiculous. Ask for a burger no onion no ketchup what comes on it only onions and ketchup. Get charged extra for sauces and bacon what do we not get sauces or bacon. This place is an absolute joke. You can see that they rang the order in correctly from the receipt. So clearly someone doesn’t know how to bag or read because what?? I used to work at a whataburger so I understand that it can at times be a little stressful, but this is ridiculous. Wasting everyone’s time and money. Honestly should be given an award, because I don’t understand how you can mess up a burger and fries every time.
