This place is struggling. Has been for a long time. Sitting in drive-thru tonight with my son and the wait has been nearly 30 mins! Unacceptable!!! A few people drove up the middle between waiting cars and drove off. I don't blame them! Get it together Whataburger!!!

How stupid do you have to be.. I get the same order every single time I go and they never seem to amaze me. I get the sweet and spicy bacon burger..EVERYTIME. I thought the name of the burger says it all.. a BACON burger with SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE. but every time it's missing something ..how do you make a bacon burger with no damn bacon.. a sweet and spicy burger with no damn sauce... my fridge has a higher IQ than anyone who works here.. avoid at all cost!

Just witnessed a kitchen employee walk from the kitchen to the restroom with blue prep gloves and a plastic apron on. When he finished he came out of the bathroom with blue prep gloves and a plastic apron still on but also threw a pair of blue gloves away and went right back to the kitchen to prep food wearing gloves and a plastic apron he had on in the bathroom. Yes I notified a manager on the spot but I’m so grossed out I want to warn others!

This location is HORRIBLE! The employees are slow as hell at giving out orders I have seen over 20 cars pull off over my times of going there! Awful customer service that has you waiting almost an hour each time for a single burger is INSANE!

I was discriminated against had the drive thru door slammed in my face. I was letting the manager know how a previous order went. The manager had an attitude no concern for what was placed from the previous order and experience instead i was over talked. I was being nice and the manager called the police. Two police officers showed up. We ordered online didn't get any chili didn't even let us know they were out of chili. Told us they wouldn't serve us and didn't even give us a bag to place the food in. The manager said he wouldn't give us his name and wouldn't even refund our order stated he didnt care several times. I never experienced this is my life (descrimination) . Fire the manager and never hire incapable individuals who are not concerned about customers happiness.I can't believe that we are living in a world where people act like this!My feeling hurt bruh fr. This is sad af to me.
