Love this place! The coffee roasts are so good and strong. I had the iced white apricot latte, and it was so good ( never had that flavor combo), they had good seasonal ones listed that I will try too. Blueberry lemon loaf that is gluten free was actually legit and didn't taste like it was GF. Super cute atmosphere to meet up with people and a cute kiddos corner. They roast their own beans. New place for my coffee rotation.

Was disappointed after our visit today. No prices listed on the board, and after paying an insane amount, I checked the website and no prices listed there either. Over priced coffee with little quality. On top of this, the cashier girl was incredibly rude to almost every customer she served including our family, short rude remarks, throwing customer food order on the counter, and moving cooking appliances/tools loudly and aggressively. She placed our cinnamon rolls in a bag leaving all the frosting on the top of the bag, they weren’t even put in nicely. If I could get my 70$ for 3 hot chocolates, 2 lattes, and 5 pastries back that would be awesome!! 6$ per hot chocolate is insane!!! I could buy 2 gallons of milk with that and some chocolate for that price!

Coffees were great, atmosphere is amazing, the whole venue is calm and comforting.
The food comes from frozen and after asking them to warm it twice more the middle was still frozen and the outer edges were burning and wilted. I dont know if they need a new way to evenly warn the food or just not offer warm food. I threw out half of it because i was worried about eating frozen meat. I didn’t complain or ask for a refund i try to avoid confrontation but other than that a lovely place.

Cutest coffee shop! I LOVE that they have a little play area for the kids. My two year old toddler always has a blast there and I can actually relax for a few minutes. Their Vanilla Bourbon Latte is *chef’s kiss!*

Coffee was very subpar and it’s definitely not kid friendly for any child under the age of three even though they have a play area for children to be kids lmao

They have a play area for kids but don’t allow kids to be kids and will kick you out because of that… also the coffee is very subpar
We have been here multiple times and have enjoyed the family friendliness of the location. However we will not be returning after today’s incident. My wife and a family friend were catching up and letting our children play in the provided play space. The children, ranging from
18 months to 3 years old, were playing and the 18 month old was laughing and having fun. An employee approached one of the parents (our friend, never addressed my wife) and asked if they could be quieter because a laughing child is being overly disruptive. Our friend said she would try to keep his squeals at bay. They were then then unexpectedly asked to leave and ESCORTED out of the building by the building manager (who was not informed to why they were being removed). Now the coffee shop is accusing my family and friends of allowing our kids to jump off furniture, causing major disruptions and interfering with the “safety of children and others” which never happened. They then lied about addressing the group multiple times (a barista approached one parent once and the parent assured them they would try to keep the 18 month old quiet) and are refusing to return any communications or phone calls. If you are going to visit this location with your small children, know they are expected to be seen and not heard and not show any signs of enjoying being at the White Box Roastery, otherwise you will be escorted out of the shop as if you were a “threat to the coffee shop”.
***Response to white box response***
Unfortunately there must be some miscommunication on the point of your staff. We were only approached again one time asking for the 18 month old to be quieter and were never approached again. There were not any other children in the play space besides our children in the play space when the property manager, not your staff, said we had to leave without explanation. When asked why we were being asked to leave he said “I don’t really know they just asked me to remove you group”. Beyond the one interaction with your staff, there was no other explanation or communication. And as for the no intervention from the parents, that was definitely not the case. There could have been a more professional and considerate way to handle the situation and this was not it. Also we have called, left messages and have tried to communicate and understand the situation, but no one has responded beyond these comments.

This used to be one of our favorite coffee shops. Loved that I could drink my coffee while my children could play in the play area. We were recently there with some friends and our children were happily playing in the kids area while we talked and enjoyed our coffee and pastries when the building manager approached us and demanded that we leave immediately. When I asked why we were being asked to leave I was not given any reason, but I feel confident that it was because our kids were laughing and playing in the kids area. For a place that advertises being family friendly and has a play space, they certainly did not welcome our children playing in the designated play area and we will not recommend to other families or be visiting again.
Ordered a 20 oz iced americano and the almond croissant. Barista gave me a 16oz iced americano. And when I asked about it, she said it was the 20 oz, but clearly saw the larger cup on the counter. The almond croissant was slightly warmer on the outside with the center filing ice cold. I wasn’t going to ask for anything to be made right because they are sloooooow. And to top it off, they are VERY expensive. I paid over 20.00 for the americano and croissant. Not worth it.
Bourbon vanilla latte is not it, I struggled to finish it since it was $8. It’s annoying that the menu has no prices listed. I had to park across the field, there is limited parking nearby. As a first timer I had a hard time finding the coffee shop inside the building.
Im pretty sure they have the best espresso in the North Dallas Area. Okay selection on snacks. Nice place to hang out or work if thats what you need.
Blueberry Cheesecake Matcha Hot with a side of Coffee Cake!!! Thank me later, this combination is to die for. The atmosphere and ambiance of the coffee shop is top notch. The young lady at the register was so helpful and friendly. Excellent establishment, can’t wait to visit you all again!!
