Whole place is dirty. Chairs, tables etc. Coffee is average. One barista was very rude when asked multiple questions. Would not recommend.

Really pretty cafe. Unique matcha flavors, got the raspberry & cream matcha. Raspberry taste isn’t super prominent, but matcha doesn’t have a “grass” taste and the drink was still great.

$9.46 for a matcha is highway robbery in my opinion. I’ll spend over $7 at Summer Moon because their matcha is worth it. This wasn’t. It didn’t taste terrible, but I wouldn’t willingly spend more than $4-$5 on this since I can make a better matcha myself at home.

I will say service was excellent and the staff members were great at answering the questions I did have. The atmosphere was nice so if you’re going to meet a friend, it’s a relaxed, not overly loud, environment. I also saw several mothers with their babies and toddlers enjoying chatting while their children played in the small children’s area they have.

It’s a nice place, but I won’t be back. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get.

I wanted to like this place, but the sign posted by the kids’ play area completely changed the experience.
Businesses can set boundaries without sarcasm or talking down to customers. If families are truly welcome, the messaging should reflect that. Unfortunately, this did not, and I won’t be coming back.

This is my favorite coffee shop, I had so much amazing experience here before, but this morning, I was so disappointed by the employee, yes, today, 1/9/2025, she moves so slow and not in a service mood, act like everyone owes her, take so long to take order, I stand there for 15 minutes to watch her “work” and take forever to make my coffee, the bakery is cold, then she told me the oven is broken.
If you don’t want to work, don’t be there, and you are customer service, don’t put attention or bad mood when you work,
So disappointed

Been here a few times but my recent visit will be my last. The man at the register was unfriendly, and rushed us to order the moment we stepped inside. It was not busy. We ordered a hot latte, iced latte, and 2 pastries which we requested to be warmed. The hot latte was scolding hot and did not taste good, both pastries were warm on the outside and cold in the middle. We unfortunately did not enjoy our time here.

Coffee was so terrible I had the drink re made. Still was terrible:( came from the really good marketing but was really disappointed. Just overpriced coffee that has no flavor and extremely flat.

Coffee was atrocious, my cappuccino was sweet (??) and the espresso was sour. The sandwiches were unevenly heated, and I paid over 15 dollars for one cappuccino and one bagel sandwich. Staff was nice, but the chairs were wobbly and uncomfortable. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Ham & cheese croissant was good. The cappuccino was not very good. It tasted ok but there was practically no foam and on top of that I order a medium and they skimped out on the top quarter of the whole cup. That’s ridiculous. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the food was good and the atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. But shorting a cup this much and not putting almost any foam on a cappuccino are big negatives for me.

Very disappointing experience.
The drinks were terrible, and the milk tasted spoiled. Inside the pastry display there were several flies sitting directly on the pastries, and the entire counter was covered with crumbs and looked dirty.
When I politely pointed this out to the staff, the three girls working there completely ignored me, and one of them even laughed. The manager, Anna, was apathetic and didn’t seem to care at all.

Save your money. Definitely not coming back.

Beautifully set up coffee spot. I loved that I could bring my kiddos and have them hang for a little. Two things I would suggest: Maybe update the kiddos area - some books and the kitchen seem outdated/damaged. Also please change your plates so the cinnamon roll can be served warm and gooey. I asked for my cinnamon roll to be warmed and I was told they can’t because it would cause a mess since the plates have no outer edge and the icing would spill over. That’s the point with a cinnamon roll 😬

Today was my first time trying this coffee shop. We arrived shortly after they opened (7:45AM ish). The biggest reason I’m rating it so low is because it was so filthy. There was half eaten food and crumbs all over the place (I’m assuming from the day before). It was clear the tables hadn’t been wiped down. I chose this coffee shop because I saw that they had a play area, but there was maybe 4 toys total and they were absolutely disgusting. I do not plan to return because of this.

Also, I think it is important for a restaurant to display prices.
