I just left about an hour ago & experienced great customer service from the young lady that took my order (3/1/2025 @ 4pm). She was accommodating with my my flavor combo order & my food was ready fast. Wings were good and I typically don't eat Wing Stop so thanks to her for making my experience there positive, I'll return more often.

I call that 4:30 to place my order. They said it wouldn't be available until 5:45 which is fine. Considering it's the Super Bowl. When I arrived at the promise time my order hadn't even been started and they said it would be at least another 50 minutes.

I visited this location for lunch in hopes of having some good fried chicken! I was highly disappointed! The chicken was undercooked, and the fries were tasteless! It was definitely a waste of money. The best part of my meal was the ranch dressing. 😕
This Wingstop's really good. Maybe almost as good as the ones in Garland.

This is the second time I’ve tried calling Wing Stop to place an order, only to be sent to voicemail, which was full both times. I initially thought it was an error on my end, but when I walked in to place my order, I realized the phone had been deliberately taken off the base so no calls could come through. This is a clear lack of customer service and very frustrating.
