We come to this location because we dislike the lack of customer service in Melissa. Janelle was at the register and she is always so courteous and friendly. Our orders are always correct and come out in a timely manner. They are very busy but always have time to be nice and get our orders correct. Thank you all !!

Over all a good experience but during the busy hour, tables aren’t cleaned until later. It’s understandable tho since they are busy with doordash orders and take out orders too, people don’t seem to understand that sometimes they can’t clean immediately because of orders so just keep that in mind when eating. Good music and they play baseball, football, soccer, etc, games on the tvs. Bathrooms are clean and don’t smell bad so don’t worry. Also, the food is delicious, the wings are to die for! French fries are good but sometimes a bit too salty.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 90 wings on march 20 at 6:30pm, she was very disrespectful and wouldn’t let me get a word out. when she gave us our order she did it a little aggressively and in a very unwelcoming way. I hope work this out.

Wings were very dry… looks like they gave me some old order from someone else.
The food was good.. but arriving at a restaurant and not finding any table without food leftovers.. bags and waste? Pretty bad attention from the cashier.. There was the whole garbage can until I removed it myself so I could sit down and eat ??

Only order here if you request extra seasoning on your fries every time because you know they won't even regularly season their soggy fries. Typically overcooked wings too. Quality has been poor for a while now. Look to another location.

I live in Anna and drive an extra 15 min to go to this Wingstop. They are always solid. I order extra crispy and my wings are exactly the way I ordered them. Between this location and the Plano one Jupiter, I’m scared to order even order from a different Wingstop. The Melissa one almost made not order from wingstop but this one is always a solid pick. Especially on a Sunday! Shout out to the Sunday Crew!
