At this Wingstop, the customer service is consistently friendly, and orders are usually prepared quickly. A great spot for delicious wings. I would recommend this location.

3/23/24 my delivery order was shorted by 3 wings. Called the restaurant to let them know and was told that I would receive a comped 6 pc combo on my next visit (Fair enough). When asked if they would email me the coupon or how would I obtain it I was told to come to store. After eating my meal I went to the store to enquire about the coupon. I was told they have none but they had my name on a legal pad next to the cash register so next time I ordered they would comp me. (Does anyone think a legal pad by a cash register in a restaurant will be there in a month?) Then they offered to make me a 6 pc combo on the spot. Since I had just ate a 12 pc (Not 15 pc like I ordered) I wasn't feeling very hungry so I enquired about just giving me the cash for a 6 pc combo and calling it good. Was told they can't do that without a purchase so i offered to buy a drink so they could open the register. At this point the presumed manager told me "Why are you making this difficult" and walked off. Awesome service guys

Frank Ros, your name is fake just like your business. Why did you have to become the new manager and RUIN this store that used to be so good? You turned this shop into a 7/11. Won’t be shopping here again because of being so rude when the wings had feathers in them. One time I got comped for my meal, but this dude straight up hung up on me. After calling back, the new manager/ owner had his employee hang up on me. I was being polite the entire time, but this musty new owner hung up on me. Gave me the fake name he used to use from his scamming days.

Went here on my lunch break and ordered wings, tenders and fries.. The 2 times I’ve been to this location I can say that their fries were soggy and undercooked and too sugary/lemoney both times. Everything else was fine but they need to focus on cooking the fries a bit longer and knowing when to toss them when they get old instead of serving them to customers .

Great food, Fast service, super friendly staff and two of the cashiers are also named brandon so thats funny. Had the classic lemon pepper and hot honey wings, They were nice and fresh, the fries could be a little crispier but it is what it is with the fresh cut ones like here and five guys.
