Order not ready at quoted time. I waited in line for 10 mins to be told that. I was told 15 more minutes. I came back in 20. I waited 5 minutes. Employee couldn't find my order. Then he found it. Said 15 more minutes. When questioning him he admitted he really had no idea how much longer. I canceled my order and will never be back.

This location has the worse service EVER!! I will never order from them again. The young boys who work in the store are not professional and BS and don’t fulfill orders. I’ve placed orders several times to be delivered and ALWAYS something is either missing or just flat out wrong OR they cancel the order. When you call a manager is NEVER available, NEVER!!! If I have to use this location I will never eat Wingstop again!!!

Me and my hubby were craving wings and overall it did not hit the spot at all. The wings were okay, the fries usually have a lot of seasoning but this time there was little to none and they seemed very old. And we got the large tub of ranch and when we started eating it we realized it was chunky… it didn’t smell bad but it was quite chunky. Fingers crossed we don’t get sick….

It’s quite ridiculous. When you ask the status for your order, they laugh and say it’s coming.

This location is absolutely horrible. The service is nasty - they’re rude, Islamophobic, and racist. When I asked whether or not their chicken is Halal they said, and I quote “We cannot legally tell you anything.” In the rudest most condescending tone. Why aren’t you at liberty to tell me whether or not I can eat your food? That’s discrimination. You’re going to knowingly feed me something which I cannot eat, but you cannot tell me? The woman who answered the phone needs to be fired ASAP.

Been coming here for a few years. Never had a problem till now I got a 20 meal deal. Normally 18$ and they up charged me, gave themselves a tip, and when I confronted it, they wanted to argue with me….. The newer people need to be trained better
Highly upset!!! I walked in to order take out because I wanted to compare the price difference. I asked the guy who was at the register, he quoted me prices, I ordered, & went to sit in my vehicle until my order was ready. When I got my order it wasn’t what I ordered, & another guy came up & told me that they didn’t even sale chicken tenders in 20 or 30pieces when it’s on the website & the 1st guy gave me prices. The second guy was very rude, he refunded my card without giving me options, & then told me he wasn’t giving me free food in front all the customers in the store like I was there asking for a hand out. If I didn’t have the money for the food I wouldn’t have even ordered. As much as I love Wingstop I will NEVER visit this location again!!

Love love wingstop! I ordered ahead, quicker service. They have friendly hosts - I got fries and wings (garlic parm & mango habanero). Fries are always delicious, seasoning they put ? & flat wings ?
