This location is becoming increasingly unpredictable with quality of service. Don't get me wrong, they're not rude.. they just don't care. I've had multiple issues with wrong items for online orders at this location and it's been blamed on the delivery service (like how would it be the delivery service fault that the flavors are wrong but whatever) so this last order I had my husband pick up the order himself. I should note that the next closest locations are almost double the distance from my house which is why we keep giving this location another chance but not after tonight. I ordered online the 20 piece combo which comes with 10 boneless, 10 classic, and fries. I also added veggies and the side of the little corn pieces. You can get up to 2 flavors per 10 wings, so I ordered 10 hot boneless, 5 mild classic, and 5 flaming lime classic. You can see the order is correct on the bag label. I ordered only 5 of the flaming lime because we've not tried it before and we weren't sure we would like it....some lime flavors are just weird. My husband checked the label before he left the store and opened the bag to make sure nothing was missing. Everything appeared correct. Once my husband got home we started to plate our food and realized that what we actually got was 10 flaming lime boneless, 5 mild classic, and 5 flaming lime classic. We didn't get any of the hot boneless, and ended up with the majority of the wings (15) being a flavor we never had before and had only intended to try with 5 wings. Turns out, we didn't like the flaming lime flavor so we ended up with only 5 wings that we actually liked. This has become the norm for this location to get things significantly wrong so we won't be returning.

Every time I get my wings, they are soaking in a pool of oil. This place doesn’t know how to shake the wings to save their lives. The reason I order Wingstop is for the flavor Everybody knows their Wingstop does not put any seasoning on the chicken. If my wings are barely sauced Whether that’s what they dry rub or a wet sauce Then, therefore, I am eating chicken with no seasoning. I could’ve made it myself. It’s extremely disappointing to pay so much money for your food not to come how it should. What is hard about shaking the wings in the sauce and not oil? Something needs to be done about this. Maybe I should go to social media because I’m mad

When another location failed to give us a Large Ranch as the solo item for the order (they gave us blue cheese) Jamar took care of us by correcting their mistake.
The food has been fresh and well dressed, and service is always above standard.

Was up here super late Friday night 9/3/25 and even with all the chaos with walk-ins and online orders, Lexus made sure everyone was taken care of. Really went above and beyond to make sure nobody was left unserved or unnoticed and there was a lot going on.

The short Mexican girl with blonde hair was very rude threw my bag on the table complain that it’s only 3 people working I only ask if my second order was ready she rolled her eyes and was huffing and puffing i never came at her wrong I placed two orders online one got done quick the other I understand it takes time but the fact my name was flashing on the screen and other customers got there food an I came in way before the crowd I was disturb I love wing stop but that’s not right

I placed an order online and ordered a 10pc boneless wing combo. Half Hawaiian and half Mexican street seasoning. I was very disappointed in the quality of food. I didn't even get what I wanted. They gave me some kind of buffalo and unseasoned wings with a pool of oil. The chicken was so hard to chew and made me feel sick with how much oil was in them. I can tell the fryer hasn't been cleaned out in a while. The only thing I got to eat was my fries. For the amount of money I spent I'd expect better. I can tell no one enjoys their job. That's coming from someone that has worked 10 plus years in the restaurant industry. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service i’ve ever had while ordering at any restaurant ever. I went to order and the lady at the front counter rolls her eyes at me and takes my order like i’m inconveniencing her. There were bugs in the restaurant and it looked disgusting. I can’t believe how rude the employees were and regardless for my love of wingstop food I will now go out of my way to go to a different restaurant just to satisfy my cravings. This wingstop needs to hire better staff who at least greet their customers or do the bare minimum.

my garlic parmesan wings are sitting in a pool of oil, it looks almost like sauce was poured on them, and my cajun wings look like they were barley seasoned. this location sucks. i got blue cheese and ranch, none of them were labeled so i couldn’t tell any apart. the labels on orders were opposite, one label said cajun/garlic parm and had lemon pepper and hot honey rub and vice versa. that’s such a lazy mistake. i have oil dripping down my hands just from holding one, that is actually disgusting, i honestly feel like the employees did this on purpose it’s so much oil. the music was also blasting. i couldn’t even hear my friend when they were asking me what drink i wanted. such an unwelcoming store and disappointing experience. they didn’t even have the decency to provide a single napkin to clean up the mess they left. to the employees who purposely messed up my food, i just wanted a good meal, i understand you want to go home, maybe change ur availability then, it’s not my fault.

Ordered a 10 piece combo on my way home to go. Grabbed my food and drink and get home…4 wings. Bag clearly labeled with my name. I learned how to count to 10 when i was 5 years old or younger ger…shame on me for not checking my bag before i left i guess…

I especially want to thank Adriana for her excellent attention. He was very friendly, patient and professional all the time. It shows when someone does their job with dedication, and she definitely did it. Thank you for making the Wingstop experience so much better. I hope they always attend like this!
