Come here once a week. The staff knows me, they are friendly and my food is always fresh.
This location use to be my go to spot, when we were in the office.So I thought since I was over that way, I’ll just go ahead and order me some Wingstop.I ordered three chicken tenders, fries and a drink. The only thing I liked was the drink. The fries were NOT Wingstop fries at all, the Tenders had too much flour and salt on them and did not taste like lemon pepper at all.I was wondering why the place was so empty! I can remember years ago, this place use to be jumping. I guess I should have read the latest reviews before placing an order!

I ordered from this wingstop through DoorDash. All was good until I received my order. We realized we did not receive the whole order. I called the number off google and let the person know. They then had to transfer me to an employee onsite at this store. Right off the back, there was bad customer service with the next person that I talked to on the phone. Did not introduce herself. I thought I was still on hold until she said hi with an attitude. I proceeded to explain how we did not receive our full order and she told me she assumes she put the tenders in the bag and that I only had 2 options. That they would make more tenders or I could get a store credit. I then asked for a manager. The manager came on the phone and I let her know what happened. She gave me the same 2 options. I do not have time to go pick up the food as I am working through lunch and the reason I ordered. After this experience I do not want the store credit because I will not be going back. Poor service.

Do not order at this location. I ordered the 10 piece wing combo with Louisiana rub and asked my wings to be well done. When I got my food, the wings weren’t well done and there was barely any sauce on it. My fries were soggy and tasteless. I called the store 2 times, the first time no one picked up. The second time someone named “Tayja” picked up the phone. I told her the situation and she was very rude and short with me and didn’t offer any solution for my food. I just had to deal with my terrible meal that I spent $16 on.
