This place was amazing!I only ended up here last summer by chance. I was coming back from the Grand Canyon and we just looked for something pretty close to wherever we were on the highway that looked interesting.I don't even recall what I had there, but I remember loving it!The style, the food, and the service were all amazing.
Road trip, route 66, Texas steakhouse, classic.Found this fun road house in the small town of McLean .Daily special, Wednesday was chicken fried steak, which was very good. The aged ribeye was cooked to perfection. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but the bread was warm but felt old, and the baked potato was slightly burnt on the bottom. Neither was worthy of complaining.Be sure to check out all the signed rodeo photos that line the walls.

Passing through on our way back to AZ & stopped for dinner. We ordered their Saturday smoked prime rib & it was excellent! Came with 2 sides & cobbler for dessert. Everything was homemade, including the salad dressings & was delicious! We had to stop ourselves from licking our plates! Our server was the lovely Darla & she was exceptional. If you are in the area, do yourself a favor & stop by for a meal. We highly recommend the Red River Steakhouse.
