I want to give Carolyn Casey LaCour a shout out for being so awesome. We went to the Apple Store the other day and bought some things. Then walked out and saw a really cute painted rock, went back inside to pay for the rock. I got home and didn’t have the other stuff I bought. I just left it sitting somewhere. I asked the lady at the counter If they had the best apple pie in the world. She said she thinks they do. After having tried it , I would have to agree. It was not dry and flaky it was fresh and moist. And to be honest that's all I ordered so that's all I can judge them on. I could have eaten the whole apple pie. It was so mouth wateringly delicious.
A must-stop if you’re passing near Medina. This place is perfect to relax and enjoy coffee, pie, great burgers, and more. We’ve been coming here for years on our perennial Hill Country road trips. They offer both covered and open outdoor seating, along with clean and accessible restrooms.
