They really need to hire more competent people to work here. They hire these teenagers who have to sense of urgency and no customer service skills. The ice cream assembly line was disgusting. By the time they get you your second ice cream the first one is melting on the counter.

Omg the people working here on day shift are great. they work hard to make there customers happy. I enjoy coming here because I feel at home and the manager kat is one of a kind. very clean and safe store thank you so much Braums

Would like to give more stars but how is it so hard to get fresh hot fries when you ask for them. Our fries were well done and not even fresh... We went in and they were even busy.. what a waste of time and money... Definitely not going back...
