We literally came in just to use the bathroom and Johnny checked in on me see if I was waiting on an order, I appreciated it, told him we're just using the bathroom, and he offered us a free drink. Then told us about a promotion tommorow so we'll come back!
They are quick and friendly
THIS IS THE PLACE!!! We just ordered 4 subs at what seemed to be rush hour. Zoe is a freakin rockstar. She was on it. I thought she was the manager, come to find out she’s A NEW HIRE! She’s got it down. The rest of the team was awesome as well, all working together, handling the busy time like it was nothing and so friendly. Zoe, Jordan, Gavin, Ammon, Z and Jackson - outstanding dream team. Cannot say enough great things about this location and the team this evening....read full review

Jersey Mike's is recognized for its excellent customer service and has garnered praise for its support of the Lone Star High School band. The restaurant has shown an exceptional ability to handle large orders, efficiently delivering food for groups of over 250 at Melissa Stadium. Known for their attention to detail, they accommodate allergy requests with care. In addition to their top-notch service, Jersey Mike's offers delicious sandwiches and a great customer experience. Customers have noted the polite and quick service from the staff, who are often smiling and friendly. The food quality remains high, with a consistent taste that fans appreciate. The location features accessible parking and friendly access, although the walkways can be narrow when busy. While the bathrooms are generally clean, tables outside may not always be attended to promptly. Overall, Jersey Mike's is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
