The employee(his name begins with an I)that was running the first window in the drive thru(where you pay)(04/20/24)needs guidance in customer service. He seemed to be in a bad mood and was taking it out on the drive thru window. Also very short with interacting with customers.

I went to purchase milk, steaks, and breakfast sandwiches tonight. Quick in and out... I was not offered a receipt at check out.. no worries, i thought. I won't bother asking for it since not going to need to return any of this anyway. I went home and opened the package of steak and it was sour. Oh crap, i thought and immediately went to return it. I explained that I was not offered a receipt which i didn't think was a big deal at the time, and all i received in return was attitude and harsh words. The manager came over and literally yelled at me, "I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I'm going to need to turn in the receipt... MAKE SURE Y'ALL GET YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!" I was so shocked and said they should make sure I'm offered one. I told her I could point out the gentleman who checked me out or that it was probably on top with the other 20 receipts wadded up in the trash. She said, "I'M NOT GOING THROUGH THE TRASH. PUT YOUR CARD IN." Never once was there an apology for the inconvenience of spoiled meat... just yelled at for not having my receipt to return the bad product. I can't believe a manager treated someone like that. It was very embarrassing being yelled at in the check out like that in front of a line of people. This branch is just 5 minutes down the road from me and we frequently stop in. Probably not any more...

The chocolate shake tastes like they poured syrup on top of ice cream. Not very good! The two orange sherbert freezes taste like there isn’t enough sherbert. It’s also not very good. We were disappointed with this visit.

Actually, this is not a bad burger. The fries are the crinkle type and tasted good. This place is far better than the vast majority of other fast food places.
There are often a lot of flies in the warmer months. Ice cream is usually a bit freezer burned.

There is a sign at the drive-thru that says "$5 gift card if we don't give you a receipt. I asked for mine, and the assistant Mgr threw a fit and shoved my receipt out the window. I asked about the gift card, and she rudely said pull around. Had to go inside and she threw her hands up and yelled when she saw me. She couldn't even do the card, had to have another employee do it. We love Braums but when THEY fail to follow through, management should be professional and not act like she did.

The staff was really nice I came through the drive-thru the ? we're warm some what crispy some whatnot my cheeseburger was lukewarm the cheese was still cold that being said I'm sure the food would have been excellent had it been fresh.
I appreciate yall still wearing gloves...but when you use the same pair to touch your computers, touch your face, handle cash...and then go onto handling food? Thats when it gets disgusting.

I go here maybe once every two weeks. At first the fries were always on point, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now it’s as if they don’t let them thaw out before throwing them into the fryer which makes them either mushy or like frost bite that has been fried and doesn’t taste well.The reason i’m writing this specific review today is because I ordered choc chip cookie dough ice cream in a cup. I started eating it and at the bottom of it was orange sherbet which I did not order but seemed like they used the same scooper for mine as they did someone else’s which makes me feel like they are not using the proper cleaning procedures while prepping someone’s meal if they can’t do the smallest thing and get a clean scooper.I love braums but will prob not go back to this location anymore.
