I love going to burger king especially this location every time I go it’s always clean and they treat me so nice the employees are fast with the food and they have a great customer service/ communication. I really recommend Burger King location !

Whoever manages this place should be ashamed and re train all their employees. I’ve been here multiple times with one time waiting 45 minutes with no apologizes from employees. After a long wait you would expect them to give you extra sauce if you ask but NOPE! This is a burger king not a 5 star restraunt, absolutely no reason to have to wait that long.

Disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I tried calling the store multiple times to make a simple change to my order (no pickles, no tomatoes), but no one ever answered the phone. When my Dasher got there and politely asked if the order could be updated, they refused to make the change—even though the food hadn’t been handed off yet.

I get that things can get busy, but ignoring calls and refusing a basic request when there’s still time to make it right just feels lazy and dismissive. Not a great experience.

I haven't been to this Burger King in a while, but I can tell it has gone downhill since the last time I've been there. I gave 2 stars for atmosphere simply because the place was semi clean. I ordered two burgers with fries and a drink. When they put it on the counter for pick up the fries were cold. So, it took a while for someone actually to come back, but I had put my hand on them to check the temperature and also ate a couple of each of the two boxes of fries. A guy came up and put my tray in the warmer area where they bag up the food and proceeded to make new fries. As I'm watching the lady there, which I'm assuming was some sort of manager took my 2 cold fries and put them on the next person's order. Yuk!!! This same lady upsold me by making my order a medium instead of the small size (without asking) that comes with the meal deal listed on the menu. for my second order I asked what came with the $5 trio and she gave me some options with I choice from and she charged me for the $7 trio. Apparently I guess she gave me options for the $7 trio meal to chose from. Be very careful when ordering and make sure you look at your receipt before you leave the counter. Seems they are a little shady!!
