Order 4 cheese crazy puffs online. I go pick up my order and open the box and it’s a long piece of hair just laying right on top of the puffs. I tell the blonde hair young lady with glasses and she just stares at the pizza and says okay. So she goes in the warmer and offer me some that’s been sitting for 15 mins. I took it because I was on break but they were so nasty and greasy. All I tasted was grease. This my third time eating there and my last two times has been horrible.
They definitely don’t have the same crew when they first opened that’s fore sure. A bunch of young teens that couldn’t care less about proper sanitation and food handling.

I felt so bad for the employees! Lobby was full with people getting upset. There online system went down so all the online orders got goofed up. I waited 1 1/2 hours then walked in because I see how busy they were. They were very prompt on trying to help me, courteous and showed a genuine care! I recommend this little caesers if you have plenty of time, the food was fresh and delicious.

Just to make this very short, typically I don't have a problem with this company. But tonight my wife ordered 2 pizzas that were suppose to be delivered by 6:40 and its now 7:40. I am currently on hold with them wondering when I might get my pizza. Really poor service after paying $30

I placed an order through the Little Ceasars app only to find out AFTER I paid, that the pizza would be ready in 2 hrs! I only ordered 2 pizza's. I will say that the pizza was good (reason for 2 stars); however I will not order from this Little Ceasars again. If you don't mind the wait, then you should be good.

It's actually hard to fathom how bad my experiences at this location have been the two times I've come here. The lobby is always packed full of people, no employees greeting you or helping you understand what's going on. I legit stood in a pool of 10 people and was never spoken to for over 10 minutes. Pizzas boxed up all over the cut table and some just sitting out for several minutes with no box getting cold. I work in pizza and understand getting busy but the management here needs to change or be trained, the franchisee or corporate need to step up and fix this or you'll go to zero in Melissa before you even really got started. 0/10

The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and showed great customer service skills. He knew that the cheese bread and pizza were not fresh, so he asked me if I could wait. I thought that was a remarkable, bc typically someone would've just served me the old food! Keep up the great work!
That tall kid at the register with the white and orange bucket hat gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I walked in with my wife, he greeted us with a smile. You can tell he was raised right. Polite, respectful and quick. I ordered 3 pizzas and a bag of bread sticks and they were all 🔥. I’m definitely coming back. I love this new Melissa Little Caesars. Keep up the great work.
