What an excellent cake! (and I mean excellent). I threw a surprise birthday party for my wife. She has gluten allergies and Sugar Land bakery made an excellent lemon, layered, gluten-free cake. There were 10 of us there and I think we could have fed 10 more with this cake. It goes a long way.The taste was incredible. The cake itself is not easy when baking with GF flour. I ordered a variety of cupcakes They are moist, flavourful and delicious! They are beautifully decorated and the frosting is so fresh, light and delicious. I would recommend and definitely purchase again.

Thank you, Cintya, for the amazing chocolate cake! In my past experiences, gluten & dairy free cakes tend to be dry and have a grainy texture - but that's definitely not the case with Sugar Land Gluten Free. This cake was moist and delicious with a wonderful texture - we could not tell the difference vs a typical flour/dairy cake.It really made my wife's birthday and the kids absolutely loved it.
