My question is.... why do you ask what kind of condiment we want, if after telling you multiple times, you still don't put it in the bag? If you are telling someone to park/ pull up to the third window and you still don't provide the condiments, you are failing at checking the order. Do better

Took close to 10 minutes to get our food with only us in the restaurant. When we finally do get our food, highly disappointed in the egg portion (smallest I’ve ever seen) and ONE piece of bacon on a platter that cost $8!? To top it off, my breakfast sandwich bottom was burnt…. Disappointing to say the least.

The ketchup dispensers, straws, and napkins were all empty. All the tables were dirty. My kids stood at the counter for about 5 minutes to ask someone to come clean a table for us and they were completely ignored even by someone who made eye contact with them. We had to ask the guy who brought our food out to clean the table and had to stand around while he cleaned it. The young man was pleasant, but that didn't excuse our experience.

I ordered my food and had to get up to check on it after over 38 minutes and saw others who ordered after me were served and left or were eating. The young men who handled the situation did a great job and never raised their voice or made excuses. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Well done guys.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Melissa, and it was a completely new experience. The place has been totally renovated with modern, colorful decor that feels bright and welcoming. What really stands out is the open kitchen; it's a bustling, loud, and exciting environment that shows just how busy they are. The service was fantastic—the staff was friendly and attentive, and they even brought my order right to the table. I tried the Steak McMuffin, and it was delicious. The entire atmosphere makes you forget you're at a McDonald's; it truly feels like a neighborhood restaurant. The friendly service and unique environment were the best parts of my visit.

Extremely slow service. Ran by a bunch a slow teenagers who think everything is a joke. That can’t make anything right here, don’t bother with a coffee order. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty typical McDonald's. Inside is 50/50 on cleanliness. Also, the drive through is typically MUCH faster than going in. I have had to wait a crazy long amount of time to get my food (we are talking 45min+). I think it's gotten a little bit better since then, but still longer than going through the drive through.

Severely understaffed. Front is unattended long wait time. Wait from 4:46pm to 5:30 pm to get my order. Its just a combo. I think they just forgot about me. Even though i asked the staff, she said their still working on it after 30 min
