Go somewhere else if you want your order to be correct. They will repeat back your order but still not give you what you ordered. Every single time i order a double hamburger and nuggets they put cheese on the burger and dont give me any sauces. Terrible service.

Want to be ignored for 15 minutes after they make a mistake on your order just for the manager to give you attitude this is your place.
This place is set as a 24-hour store and was advertised as touch, they still advertise those hours online too, but now they went outside and ripped off the white vinyl that said 24 hours so now they just have the 24-hour symbol that they can't do anything about and the indenting of the words

I never leave reviews and try to distance myself from ALL negativity because you never know what someones going through, but just went through the drive thru to get a McChicken and some fries, the lady on the microphone was rude and blunt and seemed like she had zero cares for being there. I got my meal and made it home just to find my McChicken having a BEEF patty instead of chicken?! I tried to eat it, but its not at all what I was trying to purchase so I did not have the desire to finish it. I dont know what happened there today, but lack of care and purpose seems to be a problem here.

The new big Mac chicken sandwich I got yesterday why did damn people give me 1 piece of chicken& 4 Pieces of bread that made me mad but damn It was bland didn't have any flavor no salt or pepper I wasted almost $11.00 and my gas that was not a good deal,. sign mad as heck come y'all have to do better than what you're doing

As a food Delivery Driver food is never ready when we get there always have to wait 20plus mins on order it is ridiculous. Left McKinney to come pick up a order and still waited almost 30mins for them to get the order ready is completely ridiculous how is it it takes me 10mins to get there and still have to wait over 20mins for a Chicken sandwich please explain to me
