Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pickup on a Friday night. They said 45 minutes on the phone. I got there on time an they told me “7 or 8 more minutes” okay no problem! I go on to wait a painful extra 45 minutes before my name was called. I make the 4 minute drive home and the pizza was cold, like it had just been sitting behind the counter for an hour. It was gross. Figure it out Mike!!

My family and I came into mountain mikes on Sunday after church . We were greeted with warm welcome and they answered all our questions about the menu . I do have to say the manager sweetest girl Kylie we didn’t realize mushrooms were on the pizza not sure how we missed it but I’m allergic and she didn’t hesitate to go make us a new one . It was our own fault for not paying full attention to the toppings . To say these employees and managers go above and beyond . The pizzas was to die for but the real reason we want to come back is just how amazing Kylie and her employees were. Top of the line customer service. Thank you for coming to Melissa community and having such amazing staff huge bonus is having amazing food.

Kaley was absolutely fantastic. She has incredible knowledge about the menu as it was our first visit and offered excellent recommendations.
Based on her suggestions, we decided to order the Pineapple Chicken Luau and Garlic Cheese Sticks.
Let me tell you, both dishes were absolutely delicious. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with a crispy crust and a flavorful combination of toppings. The garlic cheese sticks were a delightful appetizer, with a gooey, cheesy center and a crispy exterior.
Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch.
Kaley was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It's clear that the staff at Mountain Mikes genuinely care about providing a positive dining experience.
I will definitely be recommending this pizza place to all my friends and family. The combination of delicious food and excellent service makes it a must-try. If you're looking for a great pizza experience in I highly recommend giving this Mountain Mikes location a shot.

Was in town visiting family and they recommended this place for some good pizza. I was very impressed by the topping options and the unique sizes of pizzas. Pizza came out quickly and tasted delicious but the garlic cheese bread has to be my favorite! Staff was very sweet and Kailey was very helpful in answering all of my questions! Will definitely be coming back here when I’m back in town!
