The Melissa location is poorly run and extremely unprofessional. The managers are extremely rude. They make mistakes and they give you an extremely rude and condescending “sorry” like you inconvenienced them. I like Palio’s as a whole and it is unfortunate the location that delivers to my house is horrible. Great food and perfect menu and pricing for lunch. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Had the Pizza/salad/drink combo and it was delicious.
Stopped by on whim and was not disappointed! We halved The King Pizza and Hawaiian Sunrise Pizza and ate every last bite! Homemade sodas like Rootbeer and Italian Cream Soda. Even the ranch tasted extra good. Staff was not the friendliest but will definitely be eating here again.
