Absolutely pathetic customer service. Was mischarged for a size I didn’t ask for, wasn’t told the total price before taking payment and then refused refund or gift card exchange. Great job driving customers to different locations!

Smoothies are good but why must we always wait 20+ minutes to get one drink? That’s the main reason I don’t come here more often.

30 minutes to get our pre-ordered via the app 2 smoothies. This has to be the slowest smoothie king I've even been to!

My family came here and tried the Coco Colada bowls, avocado toast and Island impact. Everyone loved everything especially the Coco Colada! One bowl had a minor mistake in the bowl for my son and I had no issue taking it as is and switching mine, but the young lady graciously made my son a new bowl 🤗 We will be back! Happy to have come today!

One of the employees, Griffin, was a great source of knowledge on the protein powders available and I had a great boost from the smoothie after a difficult day fixing fences.

At my first visit to this Smoothie King, I was overwhelmed by all the choices on the menu. One of the employees there, Griffin, recommended that I try the Angel Food smoothie since strawberry is my favorite. It was delicious, and I look forward to sampling some of the other drinks on my next visit.

I spend $100 a week on smoothie bowls and I keep complaining about my bowls halfway full. The way they are just thrown together is unacceptable.

waited an hour in line for 2 smoothies, I will never come back here, clearly there is something wrong, looked through recent reviews and im not the only one RECENTLY with this problem, really need to get this under control

I will never come back to this place. What was meant as a quick stop for getting a smoothie (just one!) with my young children in the car turned into nearly a 40 minute wait with only 2 cars in front of us in the drive through. The manager needs to hire more staff clearly because the two who are working are not enough!

I’ve noticed lately this place has gotten way quicker and the quality’s been so much better! It’s become my new go-to spot for a quick snack. Hope they keep it up because it’s been awesome recently!
