Waited more than 20 min for them to make food. Watched some lady mop and couldn't stop laughing. She had no idea what she was doing. Flung dirty water over all the tables and walked through everything she was mopping. Then the main guy taking orders took out trash and didn't change gloves before making food. Absolutely disgusting. Shouldn't expect much from them but more than what I've observed. Do better. Updated 3/14 still nonsense. Go up there at 930 and oh sorry our credit card machine is down. Only cash. District manager needs to check them out as I'm sure they are stealing from the company.

On 3/12/25 at approximately 10:30AM, I went to the Taco Bell in Melissa, TX. I pulled up to the drive thru and noticed that they were advertising a breakfast Crunchwrap combo meal, so I asked the employee for that order. The employee (female) informed me that they do not serve breakfast items there. I then informed her that it was on their menu along with breakfast burrito items. She replied back “oh is it” to which I responded “yes, it’s number 14,15,16 and I would like the number 16.”

Finally, she said that they don’t have breakfast and that she will have to change the menu. I am not sure if they are just too lazy at that location to serve breakfast since it is on their menu or they truly don’t. Regardless, that is false advertising.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever, and I've been to multiple! A few weeks ago, we ordered food, and they told us when we got to the window to pay and get our food that it was CASH ONLY!

We went back last night and asked if they were taking cards... they said yes... when we got to the window, they told us AGAIN they were only taking cash 🙄🙄

Also, it's the shittiest food that no one should eat unless they're drunk. Chicken quesadilla = cheese quesadilla w/ 1 chunk of chicken...

Very disappointed in this establishment. Constant technical difficulties, poor service and the WORST food I have ever received from any place ever. I usually never leave reviews, but this place is so bad I had to speak my mind. Please take a look at my Cantina Chicken Crispy Tacos from tonight. Owner should just shut down and start from scratch.

we came here cause we were having issues with the Central Parkway location. on the receipt we clearly put no beans, no beef- seems this location and the others in the surrounding area can't follow simple order instructions

we will heavily consider not going to any surrounding taco bell locations if neither this location nor the Central Park location can get it right. the ticket and app both say the same thing- if you're out of something it's better to ask than assume someone is just gonna be okay with how it's originally made- cause we are not okay with this. this kind of mistake happens way too often to be ignored.

/2025// this location has been more than disappointing and unsatisfactory on multiple occasions. At 1 hour to close an online order was allowed to be placed, however when finally getting someone to answer the window the store is "short staffed and closed, you will have to get a refund on the app". Maybe instead of being ignored at the speaker and at the window, the online ordering should be disabled from within the store. That is what the 404 N Central Expy location chose to do. Lived in the area since 2021 and this is no question the absolute worst location on Earth, with management incapable of hiring competently, and staff incapable or unwilling to work competently. Our experience is always a disappointment and we will never return to such a waste of time, brick and mortar. New management advised, new hires absolutely needed.

Refused to take my order
Told us we have to order from the kiosk when the burrito I wanted was no where on the kiosk menu.
We walked out. It seems like many make other people have too.

Should have taken the clue when there were 5-6 people inside waiting on their food. Took nearly 30 minutes to get my to go order. Several items were prepared wrong including a chicken taco missing all of the chicken. I had a steak burrito that was 90% tortilla. Best thing about this place was the cinnamon twists. Will never go again. Would have asked for a refund but there was never anyone at the front to ask for it. Didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes.

Hard to rate the food, we never got it. After waiting about an hour, we asked for a refund. Wouldn't have bothered waiting that long, but we had prepaid in the app, the lobby was closed, we were stuck in line, and no one was at the window. Had to repeatedly knock on it and honk until someone came out to refund the money.

Absolutely horrible! Have gone three different times and waited 40 minutes for food. I’ve gotten wrong orders even after waiting 40 minutes and they really don’t care. By the time you drive to Mckinney or Sherman, you will have your food faster. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Absolutely the slowest place ever. I've seen faster pregnancies. Ordered my food 35 min ago and I'm still waiting. Only 3 people have come in after me, and they all left with food.

It is 8:48pm on a busy Saturday night and the doors are locked. The drive thru line is wrapped in the parking lot and currently 6 vehicles that were to told to pull around waiting on their food.
I don't know if this is a corporate owned or if it's a franchise but whoever owns this needs to come in and completely revamp this place because it has gone completely downhill including the fact that there was 15 cars in line waiting on New Year's eve, myself being one of them and we watched the gentleman that was working inside go in and out of the store handling food without washing his hands and then he walked out leaving all the lights on locking the doors bags of food sitting on the counter and he just left with all those cars in line. I haven't seen him again at this location I'm assuming he rightfully got fired but they have not hired anybody any better to do the job.

HORRIBLE. I don’t understand this location. Firstly, forget “skipping the line” if you do a mobile order. You have to wait at least 15-20 minutes before you even see anyone let alone yourself get your food. There wasn’t one time that I’ve gone to this location and actually gotten my food when I go thru the drive thru and not be made to park and wait 15+ minutes for food to be soggy and disgusting. Secondly the staff is incredibly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. None of them know what is going on, giving out the wrong orders, forgetting orders, your order being wrong when you do receive it. The list goes on. I don’t understand why corporate hasn’t gotten this location under control but I know me and dozens of other people will NOT be returning to this hell hole of a tacobell. If there was a way to give zero stars, trust me I would. I’m not the type to be a Karen and leave reviews because the service wasn’t to my standards but this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting and it is more consistent than their food quality. If you want mediocre food and extremely slow service this is the place to go. If not, save your money and go elsewhere. GOODBYE. -101928272910/10.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the history of America.

Living in Melissa I have given this location chance after chance after chance, but it's 50/50 whether your food takes 5-minutes or 35-minutes to get to you. On top of that... It's still 50/50 whether you get the correct food at all. If you go for breakfast the store may or may not be open... I guess it depends on who shows up that day.

Doesn't matter if you order through the app, at the counter, or in the drive thru. I have experienced multiple wrong orders.

At the end of the day.... It's Taco Bell. The food slaps and I will never quit it. But from this day forward I will be going to the location all the way in Anna instead of this one.

P.S. I put all the blame on the General Manager of this location. It is very poorly run.
