I have been going to this Wendyâs for quite some time and I gotta say that my recent experiences have improved greatly since Iâve started seeing Marianne working the drive thru. She is always so helpful and kind! Honestly sometimes it feels like you get a drive thru attendant that just truly doesnât want to be there but Marianne embodies excellent customer service. My fries are always fresh and I donât ever have to wait too long in the drive thru. Great service. Great food. I stopped going to Wendyâs because back home in West Texas they are honestly just not good⊠I may have developed a little bit of an addiction now that Iâve experienced what a Wendyâs is SUPPOSED to be. 5 stars!

My second time to this wendys. This is the cleanest fast food place in town. This is a really well managed store. Marianne took our order and was super friendly. My burger was spot on, hot, delicious and fast. Fries were fresh and hot. Great fast food experience.

I travel a lot and this is just one of a couple of stores I visit. It is the cleanest store I have ever been in. Well managed, I believe the managers name is Christine or Christina, clean, fast, and friendly. I go in the store occasionally but use the drive thru often. Restrooms are always clean, lobby is spotless and trash never piled up. Drive thru is fast and accurate. Marianne is the one usually in the window. She is fast and super friendly. I donât always give reviews but this store just goes above and beyond. They flow really well together. It seems they have all worked together a long time as itâs a great flow. đ in every area for this store

Gave me the wrong sauce and forgot a fry we ordered and then argued that we had enough sauce we ordered 20 nuggets 2 sauces isnât enough. Do better and have better service for paying customers 2/14/25 @4:20pm. They werenât even busy! Next time Iâll drive to another location not worth it.

I've been in fast food business and a manager for quite some time. If I could give a zero rating, I would! My family & I's food was incorrect, cold, and had hair in itđĄ!! I tried calling twice, (to receive my refund) and nobody is answering the store's phone.

If I could give a zero star I would food was cold and burger was made wrong . Fast food has went all the way down hill . Which I donât eat anymore but was on my cheat day and decided to eat out . That was confirmation to not eat it at all . But to give out poorly prepared and cold food is insane .Im very upset after working 12 hours to stop for something quick to get cold food I couldnât stomach to eat .

Night crew could care less took forever to answer in drive though and the place was dead. Girl at window could care less about simple manners. Acted like she was too good to be working there or even acknowledge you lol nails done hair done only to have shitty attitude and smell like grease OK you bad ?
