They forgot my chicken sandwich, and got my drinks wrong. They tried to get us through the drive through so fast, that they got our order wrong. This happens EVERY TIME.

Horrible horrible horrible. Very expensive and food was old and not fresh. The waiter didn't know how to work. Didn't even ask if I wanted receipt. Then when i asked for it as i was getting the food, he said he threw it away. He also forgot to give me 2 drinks that i ordered. Never returning again. I'd advise you, do not come here as you will regret it. Not worth 35$ to ruin my night. And the owner doesnt even care this place sucks

Placed an online order for drive thru. Upon arrival I sat in the drive thru for 10minutes, watched 4 cars in front of me leave and no movement. Came inside and waited another 10 minutes to get any acknowledgment while standing right at the counter. Won’t be coming to the Wendy’s again. After all the waiting was given the wrong food. After waiting a total of 30 min finally received the right food.

Definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It took over an hour to get our food and we even ordered in advance online. They were also completely disorganized and they weren't even sure they handed us the right order. The food was also insanely cold and stale. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Placed an order on the app. Wanted chili for dinner. Got it home and it’s more beans than chili. Really disappointed. I usually go to the one in McKinney and never had an issue. Even the onions were sliced on top and not chopped like normal.

Just placed a pick up order ahead of time. When at drive through still had to wait over 15min and watch drive thru cars behind me get their orders before me. Unreal. What's the point of online ordering ahead of time if I had to wait longer and still get my order with missing fries.

Food was cold, fries were greasy and my burger had runny sauce on it. Not to mention I spent over 30$ and asked for 1 Bbq sauce and the guy said that will be 50 cents. Really? Never again

I hadn't had Wendy's fastfood in a longtime & went to this location & they are menu item & register knowledgeable in my correct order & payment method using app exclusive deals at the register scan code. Fresh hot fries & chicken sandwich with self serve fountain drinks & large chocolate Frosty. Gre'eeaattt!!
