“On our way back from East TX, we were driving through Memphis and we were looking for a donut shop. We saw the sign for MiMi's Bakery and Coffee Bar and knew we had come to the right place! We ordered a bit of everything...just like the sign outside reads, "Vacation calories don't count!" We tried the iced S'mores coffee, iced Chai, oatmeal cream pie (!!!!), sugar cookie, TX sheet cake square, as well as some kolaches. We even got some stickers! Everything was so delicious! This place is FUN! This will be a regular stop on our way back to East TX on future trips!“
