On our way back from East TX, we were driving through Memphis and we were looking for a donut shop. We saw the sign for MiMi's Bakery and Coffee Bar and knew we had come to the right place! We ordered a bit of everything...just like the sign outside reads, "Vacation calories don't count!" A great stop!Needed a good strong coffee and that is exactly what I got.Mimi's is cute, convenient, and has a million syrup options (SF too!) The breakfast food was also yummy we had chicken minis & kolaches. Stop here instead of Starbucks!
