From the olive tapenade and fresh focaccia that greeted us to the seafood paella bursting with shrimp, mussels, and chorizo, every dish was thoughtfully composed. The sangria was fruity and refreshing, and the dessert—baklava with pistachio ice cream—was the perfect finish. Our server explained the origins of each dish with enthusiasm. It felt more like a cultural experience than a meal.!!!!!!!!!
