I stopped by a few weeks ago and ordered a cheese burger, and it was made fresh and tasted really good. This visit it was horrible. The burger patty was pre-cooked , ugly, dry, and tasted terrible. I was really disappointed. They were very busy, so they must have cooked a bunch of burger Patty's ahead of time.

Just order two milkshakes from here. The milkshakes tasted really funny. Tasted like old out dated chocolate. Had to throw it away. Don't order milkshakes from here. They were watery. It left a funny taste to my mouth, too.Shame on Sonic

Not a welcoming place, give other people their food that ordered after us! As the rotten mouth girl kept looking out the door at us. They caught us as we were walking out of the door. Ridiculous! It's the poorest people with the worst attitude and wonder why. Sad! Sending this corporate! Ughugh just keep driving!

Impossible to hear the person on the other side of the phone. Messed up order, wouldn't take off an large fries we didn't order (we only ordered 1 other combo). My daughter asked for a drink refill at 10:04pm. The say no, the shut of the drink fountain when the course at 10pm. There was only one other person on the restaurant. Staff was very rude.

Terrible process for ordering. No phones at some tables, hard to understand person on other side. Went outside to call in on cell phone. That was clear, but told I have to place order on phone inside. No breakfast menu at tables, only on wall where phones don't reach (right next to order window but employee just looks at you). No ask of dine in or take out, then they just holler out order. How about a name or a number? So impersonal, prefer to Sonic at the Loves in OK, or Hutchinson, KS. I'll get Subway, next time here.

Tiny tiny piece of chicken on the Crispy Chicken sandwich, over fried and hard.. What a rip off. Long wait and ridiculous sandwich for what's supposed to be a full size meal, with sloppy mayo all over the side of the bun. Do better Sonic.

I've been to Sonics all over the US. And this one is one of the best! Our food came out HOT, quick, and correct! They didn't miss anything. Super appreciated since we were just driving through on our way to a wedding and having been in the car for the last day and a half, we needed the break.

Great job by staff talking my coworker "I swear there's no cheese or lettuce on your Chicken Club TOASTER" only for me to open it and the first thing I see is cheese. Seriously, it's like fast food workers wake up each day and say "how can I ruin someone's day today?" It's that, or the requirements for working here are "can hand random items to people without making sure it's correct"

The manager had the nerve to say that it must be the customers taste buds and then had the nerve to call the police.The manager needs to be FIRED. The manager was kicking out customers just because they complained about the food.A formal complaint is being MADE and we are seeking legal counsel because the police officer that came could’ve cause this incident to be escalated and threatening to lock up the customer.The manager is NOT fit to lead .9/12/2023 2:33pm CST
