“My 17-year-old daughter went in to place an order, explained what was wanted clearly, and was still misunderstood because the staff didn’t speak or understand English well. When the receipt came out completely wrong, she simply asked for a refund. Instead of helping her, the employees yelled at her, refused the refund, and left a minor in tears.
To make it worse, they started talking about her in Spanish right in front of her. She may not be fluent, but she understands enough to know when she’s being talked down to.
If your staff can’t handle customer service without shouting at a teenager, or can’t communicate respectfully, that’s a huge problem. Teach your team some professionalism and maybe a little basic respect.
We won’t be back.”
“I placed a large to-go order for 25 guys and they were able to get it out in a reasonable period of time. The food was excellent. Everybody was really excited about the flavor of the burritos.”
