The place was filthy. Food on the floor all over. The wait to be seated took forever. The restrooms were in dire need of attention, no passer towels. This place needs better leadership. The food was good. I had a burger with mushrooms and it was really good

Asking for another beer is like pulling teeth. Not sure why these bartenders are hit and miss. The manager could do a better job overlooking the bar also. A couple of customers at the bar needed refills. But of course he was in on the chisme with the employees too. O well.

The restaurant is amazing, it's great, the bar setting with it many tables and the dining room sporting booths and tables for families of all sizes. It's a perfect place to eat just gotta check the food before you bite in, just Incase it's RAW!!!!!!!!! But it's not this Chili's fault I don't regularly eat out because dining in general is a risk, although the meals are great and the atmosphere is wonderful there is always the human element the ability to have something go wrong if it can go wrong. I would eat here again, I just don't know 4 stars. Nov 16th 2024
Parking: The restaurant has a max capacity of 298 ppl I think and idk if the parking could hold that many cars tho there is plenty of parking next to the mall.
Kid-friendliness: They have good place mats for kids with names and a menu on the back.

We usually have a good experience, but they fell on their face this time. First time I used the app. Order was suppose to be ready 6:34 to 6:39 PM Saturday 11/2/24. I pulled in at 6:30 PM and waited for the text advising my order was ready(according to app instructions). 6:50 PM no text yet. Went inside, young man was busy on his cell phone. After a couple minutes asked if I needed something, showed him my order and he asked my name, oh yes it's right here. I stated I was suppose to get a text, "Oh our system kicks it off the line and sometimes doesn't text. Then the food, baby back ribs(moist and tender? NO!) were more like the West Texas dry sand. Ordered 2 corn on the cob, dry as a bone and no seasoning like in the restaurant(used to serve like street corn with butter, tajin, parmesan, maybe mayonaise and cilantro). No hint of that, Maybe they changed their offerring but we just had in it inside 2 days ago. I know one thing I will never leave any kind of tip on the app(that's such bull$#!T to ask). I hope the software engineer does not get any of that. Macaroni and cheese was cold as well.

Came to date with my wife, we got sat on a table that was dirty, toke them 10/15 to bring my wife some water, but they server alcohol within 2 mins, got servered the food we chose but never we got given fork and knife not even straws.
