Several at our table and the burgers were not cooked the same and server had no idea which one was medium or well done. They should be marked, just said cut into it and look. Not a good attitude. Chips were not fresher warm
Chili's burgers are excellent. They blow away all of the fast food joints. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is inviting. You can pay with your credit card at the table with no wait.

The place was filthy. Food on the floor all over. The wait to be seated took forever. The restrooms were in dire need of attention, no passer towels. This place needs better leadership. The food was good. I had a burger with mushrooms and it was really good
